A Great Experience Ordering From Skechers Website....
There are a lot of negative reviews on here of the service from Skechers and UPS. I'll be honest and say that my experience of purchasing online from Skechers was wonderful. I'm now considering buying the same trainers again, in a different colour.
Ordering was easy, and yes there was a couple of days when we didn't hear anything, but we knew from the previous reviews on here that the shoes come from Belgium. All of a sudden, I got several tracking emails from UPS, and then a day later, my shoes were delivered. I placed my order on the afternoon of the 23rd March, and my shoes were delivered today, 27th March. Tracking emails were accurate, as was the delivery day, and the delivery guy was lovely.
I would have no issue ordering shoes online from Skechers again.
Rubbish website
Nowhere on the website does it say orders are shipped from outside of the uk. Customers should know where their orders are being shipped from. The website is useless, you can’t find out anything. Tap on something and it tells you absolutely nothing. Awful.

Went to Newport rd Cardiff Friday evening got 2 pairs of trainers for my daughter and one for myself, daughter was 30 percent off the cheapest pair , was told I got bought 2 pairs for myself I’d get 30% of those also , but I only got one pair for me at £48.50 , I had to return mine and was asked if I wanted the money put back on my card , so I said yes ! Anyway the store manager was trying to take £6.80 of the price of mine although I had paid the £48.50 say I’d had a discount on all 3 pair which I hadn’t as it said on my receipt!!! After 10 mins of a discussion he finally agreed with me and paid back the money that I hadn’t paid ,,, I certainly won’t be going back there because of his attitude! I can buy them on amazon for same money without any hassle, and all there sizing is American not British like on Amazon

I have always had good experiences with Skechers, which is why I felt comfortable ordering again. Unfortunately, I am currently facing ongoing delivery issues with the courier, and I have been unable to access my parcel despite several attempts to resolve it directly with UPS.
The parcel shows as delivered to a locker, but I was never provided with a valid collection barcode or code. The situation has already been escalated with UPS, however there is still no clear resolution or timeline.
I am leaving this review mainly to ask for support from the Skechers team, as the retailer, to help liaise with the courier so that I can finally receive my order.
I remain positive about Skechers as a brand and hope this can be resolved soon.

The shoes are comfy so far but I've only worn them once. The customer service was really really poor though. I bought the shoes thinking they are leather-free as the staff in the shop told me all their shoes are vegan. When I checked later I found the ones I bought aren't vegan at all! Since I had already cut off the labels and sprayed them I reached out to Skechers online to ask if I can still return them. Thankfully, I was able to but there wasn't a proper apology and one of the members of staff told me I shouldn't trust them and check myself.
If I ask a question I would expect an answer from someone who works there. It's just a sign of laziness. It's a bit like going to a restaurant and the staff not being able to tell you whether there's meat in their dishes ...

Ordered from Sketchers UK and being a UK customer, thought it would be pretty quick. Oh no, it comes from Belgium bizarrely (despite many central London stores) - if there has been an option like all other big companies, I would have done click and collect.
So, tracking comes UPS notification its in Belgium - a few days later, its cleared customs, fine. Then after about a week, it claims that it will be delivered by end of day - of course it wasn't.
A few days later I check the tracking and status, nothing - no updates, no info - so i raise a online ticket which auto responds with we'll respond within 7 days - pathetic the response time - should be within 24 hours.
then i get a notification that half my order has been returned and refunded?! what, i haven't received anything ! ( i ordered 2 pairs) also what about the other half, why hasn't this been refunded also!
a few days again go by, nothing - so I send an email - this time auto response says it'll be 5 days! still awful.
yet another few days, no response to any communications, so I email again - still awaiting
basically nearly 2 weeks since ordering, nothing received, no responses to any communications, paid for 2 shoes, none received, 1 has been refunded so I've still paid for one with nothing to show. my poor son has been waiting on these as his current ones are too small.

I ordered a pair of sliders from the website and was told they had been ‘dispatched’ 3 days later. It has now been 2 weeks since ordering and the sliders are still sat in the warehouse and not been passed to the courier. The customer service is non-existent and the only option is to email which has so far been ignored. I can only advise to order their shoes from a 3rd party because my experience has been dreadful.

I would like to commend the lady who served me in the Eastbourne branch of Skechers yesterday. I had gone in to find a pair of winter boots but take a wide fitting. I was served by the very capable and sunny Roxanne for whom nothing was too much trouble. After an hour and several no-no's, I eventually found a perfect fit. So thank you, Roxanne, for giving me such a good shopping experience.
Non Existent Customer Service and Inflexible Delivery
This has been an absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish.
• Skechers UK customer service is non-existent. They literally ghosted me — no live chat, no helpful support, no response to emails. Trying to get answers or resolve an issue was impossible.
• UPS delivery: inflexible. They wouldn’t leave my parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or let me collect it from the depot, which caused me to miss delivery.
The combination of Skechers’ ghosting and UPS’s rigid policies made what should have been a simple purchase a massive headache. I would not recommend unless you enjoy frustration and wasted time.

I was in sketchers Bluewater in Kent on Saturday purchasing a lovely pair of winter boots ( extremely comfy by the way :) ) However I was helped by this lovely young lady called bebe. She was great and helped me with everything I needed. She was very very kind, warming in excepting me into her place of work. I must say if I was the manager I would give this young lady a raise and a pat on the back. Will certainly be going back (finger crossed bebe is working.) writing on my husband's computer if there is any confusion with names :) I don't write reviews much but she certainly deserves it!

Boots not arrived and tracking not updated
Ordered boots 10 days ago on a Saturday. Got notification to say they'd be delivered Thursday. Nothing! It is now Monday and still no boots. I am currently on the phone and not answered after 25 minutes. Really don't know what to do if they don't answer the phone!

Ordered some allegedly 'in stock' boots through the website. More than one week later still no email confirmation as well as the payment not having been charged to my account. Had called them several times, only to be told the same thing - will be sent out today! Of course, they never had. On the last call, I told them to cancel the order. They said I could only cancel a website order within 60 minutes of placing it. Impossible to do if you don’t get a confirmation and an order number! I have since had the opportunity to visit a store and tried on a pair of the 'slip-in' boots. They were nothing of the sort and needed tying and untying to get on and off. I’m just going to have to return them if and when they arrive under their free returns policy. If they continue to give me the runaround, I’ll have to take it up with my credit card company. I’m never going to order from them again.

Ordered shoes to be delivered to my elderly father. No sign of them after several days. I made contact and they told me they had to be collected!! Given that my father does not drive, this of course is impossible. Appalling customer service.
Shocking service.
I have a few pairs of trainers and find them very comfortable, however, I purchased a pair of saftey boots which felt comfertable when I first started wearing them, after a week they really started to hurt my ankle of the one side.
They are actually too painful to wear.
I took them back to the retailer for some assistance and they simply said, they have been worn so nothing we can do, goodbye.
Shocking from Skechers as I expected a little more assistance for the customer.
I paid over £100 for the boots, didn’t want a refund, just an alternate safety shoe but they wouldn’t entertain helping me at all.
I will not purchase anything again from Skechers.

I bought a pair of skechers safety shoes in October last year from shuperb, after only 7mths the sides started splitting on them, I contacted shuperb and they didn't want to know as over 6mths, contacted Skechers and got the the same response, they basically said it had split because of where they creased when I walked. So basically if I don't walk much they will last longer. The quality and durability of these shoes is poor, they are work safety shoes and should last the distance. I've had a lot cheaper shoes still going after years, I only got these for the arch fit as I have plantar fasciitis which they help with but no good if the shoes aren't up to it. They did offer 30% off my next purchase which is pointless, why would I buy another pair that won't last more than 7 mths? Hence I won't be buying this brand of footwear at all now.
