Not received my order and no correspondence from them to let me know I ordered 6 items but only got 2 and had no communication from them to let me know why

I placed an order with them and have tried to find out when they will deliver I have tried on four occasions to talk to them but they dont answer the phone so far I am not impressed.

I places a small order on 27th February with an expected 5 to 7 day delivery. Nothing has arrived and they seem unable to answer the phone. I will not be using them again and I suggest nobody else does either. They deserve to go out of business.

Not the lowest price advertised on the web, but unlike any others, SJ Tools actually had the (relatively unusual) item in stock. As for the tool itself (Triton TCMPL compact palm planer) the dust extraction is worse than useless, but otherwise it's well worthwhile.

Quality of product and quite fast delivery service.

Our product was meant to be delivered directly with signature upon delivery, but instead it was deserted in a public space and, predictably, then stolen. SJTools refused to help remedy the case. They were not only incredibly rude over various emails, but they then abruptly ended communication and would not respond to us. Our order was worth over 350 pounds... we're still out of pocket and haven't received the product. Also, all of their positive reviews are fake, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were scammers.

Package arrived on time and the quality appears good, not used the craft set yet. Only issue was the plastic insert holding the blades in place fell out on opening and had to be glued back in.

Parcel never arrived, customer service take too long to reply and give you wrong tracking number. Avoid the package will never arrive

SJ tools had Bostik Bitumous Black Paint in stock. Which is more than can be said for other retailers.
The product arrived when they said it would.
I used the Bituminous Black Paint on a part of my driveway. Underneath this part is a 'underground' storage area that gets damp. The dampness certainly won't be getting in through the ceiling (driveway) any more!
My driveway is now beautifully waterproof. Time will tell whether the paint will withstand the occasional moving and parking of the vehicle on it..

Items ordered were not delivered within the 5-7 days specified when ordering. On emailing them to enquire if my order had been posted out, it took them several days to respond and inform me that it would arrive soon. On waiting 3 more days it still had not arrived. Emailed again which took several days again to respond. They told me that they had not added my postage address, but did not indicate whether they would post my order again. Cannot reach them on the telephone to speak in person. Now been 3.5 weeks since I placed my order and still not arrived.

Handy piece of kit does the job fair price.

It’s absolutely useless for applying nematodes. Not a drop came out from the tank.

The company is hard to get hold of and took far longer to ship my product than even the expected delivery date causing me to run over on a job

The product was excellent and enabled completion of restoring damaged picture frames.

Found getting in contact with SJ tools almost impossible- in order to check item despatch and arrival details. On sending an email was informed unable to recognise destination and on phoning told line was busy so send an email then line went dead. So l started to think maybe this was a scam company.

We paid £20 for shipping to France, thinking that this included delivery to our door. However, I had to make 3 trips, by car, to the post office, then pay another 11€ before they would give me the parcel.
