I ordered 157.00 dollar pair of Jordan 5 may 30th. I still haven't received them nor a refund. I will be reporting to the B.B.B. don't order from these frauds.!! Just give me my money back! The shoes was a father's day gift. Unfortunately the person they were for didn't get anything for father's day. Keep trying to get my refund but to no avail. I will keep everyone posted on how this goes.

Purchased for a gift. Have worn exactly 3 times and the pull tab on the heel has already pulled off of one shoe. Doesn't affect performance, of course, but for the price I paid for them, it's super aggravating.

I work in a crisis center 12 hour shifts. I bought these to work in and they are absolutely perfect for my feet .....I will definitely get another pair when the time comes....

Grabbed for my son clinical there true to size, very comfortable on for 8 plus hours on one's feet and clean nicely he got the white, My boss recommended them she has to the women's version/ in black, can't wait to get myself a pair

Son loves these shoes. However this weekend he was walking around and stepped on a goat head and it popped one side of air pockets ( not sure what else to call them ) now he can't wear them

Shoes already have holes in them .. 1 in each.. only purchased 4 months ago .. my son has 3 other pairs of shoes that he wears so it's not like these are the only shoes worn daily .. should not be tearing after 4 months.. especially with the price we paid

I like that they are wide and pretty, I bought them to play volleyball. I'm happy with my purchase.

I really like these shoes, they get dirty often because I bought them in white, but, I would wash them 1000 times if it is necessary.

I ordered these as a birthday gift for a family member and after seeing some reviews I was hesitant but I still ordered them! I'm so glad i did. The quality feels great. Scam! Located in China! Take your money and cancel the order in 2 weeks. Then they tell you it will be another 15 days to get a refund!

Selling counterfeit NB shoes. Bought a 993 and it was made in Vietnam.
Requested a return and they refused by saying not comply with their return policy. 5min later they updated their website with a new policy.
Be aware of fraud on this website. I've issued a dispute with all evidence talking to this company. Read their return policy. The whole website is suspicious.

Update: Sizzle.com agreed to proceed with the refund after several round of email discussions.

Update May 7, 2024: the Company saw my review on this site and has asked me numerous time to delete my comment and if i didnt delete they will not give me a refund. I told them i will update this review if they follow their written statement on their website that says they will refund for items that dont fit and they have not done that. They have sent me emails saying they will refund my paypal account when i did not pay via paypal i pad using my credit on their website. They sent a fake paypal email receipt. When i spoke to someone at paypal they said there is no record of me using paypal for this charge. DO NOT TRUST THIS PAGE.

I received the jordan shoe i ordered. It arrived out of the box smelling like a really strong plastic chemical. The show also does not fit and I asked for a refund. They are telling me i cannot receive a refund when thier website clearly states they offer refunds. The company is also not in the US the shoe shipped from hongkong. The only reason why i decided to order from this company was because their website policy states they offer refunds if they dont fit. I am being denied a refund now.
