I can see this has been concerning for you, and I'd be happy to look into this further to find out what's happened with your order. To do this, I'll need to access your order details securely. Please contact us on 0161 393 7055 Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 19:00, or Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00, where our agents will be more than happy to help you with this. Alternatively, you can contact us via our online webform at https://www.jdsports.co.uk/customer-service/contact/.
Once we've located your order, we'll be able to confirm its status and arrange a refund if the shoes haven't arrived at your chosen store.

I had a great experience shopping with Size?. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick, and my item arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the store, all thanks to Alex H. From the moment I walked in, his customer service was outstanding very friendly, and attentive. He really went above and beyond to help us, and the whole shopping experience was effortless. I can’t recommend Alex enough! If you get the chance, definitely visit this store and ask for him at.. size Cambridge market Street.

Friendly staff, good range
Staff member was really helpful. Jack? Helped me with trying on Salomon XT6, didn't have the colour I wanted in store so he helped me order the ones I wanted and with a good discount. Process was fast and customer service was top notch.
