Over two weeks now and still not received my parcel. I emailed asking what was going on and they said one of the items is out of stock… don’t get why this means they couldn’t ship the rest of my order. They said it’s now on its way (2 weeks after ordering)
Gorgeous quality activewear though which I love just won’t be ordering direct from their site again will purchase from Selfridges as usual

Delivery has been a headache. I paid extra for Budbee home delivery. All of a sudden I get a text from DHL to pick up my package at some location. Feels like they pocketed the money from the delivery fee and sent via DHL pick up hoping the customer wouldn’t notice.

What a great experience! I reached out to customer service with a sizing question and received a thoughtful response from a real person who clearly took the time to read and address my specific concern. It was truly appreciated!

I'm so glad that I've finally received my order. The products are great and the quality is amazing. Sadly the delivery took longer than expected but when I send an email to the Sisterly tribe customer service they responded really quick and amazingly so thank you again for this and I cannot wait to order more ! 💜

Flattering design, gorgeous quality and fantastic customer service. Even when I experienced a flaw in the fabric of my trousers, I was advised to make a claim by CS and was granted a new pair free of charge sent directly on the same day. Definitely coming back for more ❤️

Needed to return my item and customer service was very responsive. They initially didn’t refund the full amount due to an error on their side, but was quickly sorted and I’’ really pleased about how quickly they emailed me back

i have been contacted by customer service, and the issue was my email was misspelled. i did not make a note of my tracking number, but customer service were able to trace the order and a confirmation email has reached me.v happy as i love the product, which i first saw and tried on in selfridges.

Their items are so great and stylish!
I am impressed by the Softsculpt leggings because they are quick-drying and squat proof. Also, they actually STAY in place 😆. No need to put them back as if they were constantly falling off like some brands which is very annoying during a Pilates class…
Plus, the customer service is top-tier. I have ordered an item which was then out of stock and they have provided me a solution quickly by sending me another item which was a little bit more expensive than the one I have initially ordered without additional fees!🤩💜

Great customer service and high-quality stylish activewear. So soft and comfortable you never want to take them off. The leggings are true to size and the cut on the sweatshirt is just right.

This brand is a fantastic find! The set I ordered is incredible in terms of style, color, and fabric quality (thick, stretchy but not too tight), and the fit is impeccable and comfortable. The bottoms are also perfectly suited for taller women. I also want to mention that after an issue with the carrier, customer service was very friendly, responsive, and efficient in handling it! I would definitely recommend them.
