Being able to see the different colours and patterns and to get help when needed the colours are so amazing

Best nail system, excellent customer service, and wonderful people!! My nails are stronger, longer, and infinitely more beautiful than they have ever been. And did I mention the people are always nice and helpful?? 10 stars!

The Sistaco system, as a whole is easy to use& you get fabulous results. The product is so versatile & different looks can be achieved with just a few colours by mixing or adding a glaze over the top. The Facebook Collective is so supportive, giving advice & guidance. I’ve been using this system for over 3 years, so would recommend it to anyone ❤️

I found this company from a random scroll on social media. And as they say that’s all she wrote. The product is great with such amazing colors and ranges. There is a learning curve with application but the social media community and customer service is top notch. I look forward to doing my nails at home and I get so many compliments. I have even gotten several friends to start using Sistaco!

I'm no artist and it needs a clean-up. But this was my first real attempt using Silver Glint Fine Lines with the Style Pen over the colors "Lollipop", "Winter" and "Shimmer" (at the tips and for the dots). Here's hoping I'll get better with time, lol! But it was fun! Thank you again Sistaco. You’ve helped this woman through some seriously hard times with your high quality products set at an affordable price. ❤️

Well where to start shall we say Covid, I found this , then small family business and thought Hmmmn let's give it a try, it came and I looked at it for several weeks thinking dare I? And then I did and boy oh boy what a game changer , well I'm still here to tell my tales and a now fairly prominent Sista on the Collective Sistas page.this product is just Amazing, the colours the ease of use the different ways of application. It really is Salon nails at home done by you. And will last a good two to three weeks, well if you can stand to not want to try another colour. Trust me it's difficult. The collective is a friendly helpful group page of Sistas all ready to help offer advice and just be your friend , staff are very quick to respond and all in all if you are on the fence just take that leap....trust me you won't be sorry.

After purchasing a product that proved to be faulty I contacted this company many times via many different media's to request a refund. Yes they would give me a replacement but I didn't want one. Didn't want to take the chance of receiving another faulty item. All my requests were ignored. No response to my emails etc.. Never have I encountered such a rude and unprofessional company.

I did not like the sistaco system at all, they don’t last and do not look professional, they are also difficult to remove! Not for me I’m afraid.

I was really taken by the adverts on YouTube about how great and non-toxic this mineral bond was. So I shelled out about £150 to buy set and other colours. The first time I used it, the colour pealed off a few of my nails after a couple of days, so I decided to use the bond remover to remove the colour from the other nails. I tried again but it did not last but when I went to use the bond remover, it had dried up! I emailed customer services to ask if this was normal or whether I had received a faulty batch but I got no proper response. I ended up filing the colours off. My nails were very brittle after this unsurprisingly. In any event, I decided to give it one last try at the end of May (considering how much i spent) using the Berry Bliss powder. Not only did it start coming off after 2 days but when I peeled the colour off, my actual nails were pink and have remained that way now for a week! I most definitely would not recommend. I feel so conned!!

When I first got this i was so happy it only lasted 1 week but hay that's OK but when it came to take it off to put new on my nails are bad 👎 would not recommend to no one

This is actually an amazing nail system and always lasts about a fortnight even although I’m a blacksmith and silversmith. BUT I agree with all the reviews that the customer service is abominable. I complained various times about part died pots and they weren’t treated. I also complained that the product didn’t work. Only through experimenting and adjusting times myself I found the perfect application and it’s the best thing ever. It only works for me if I use a base coat plus top coat layer and cure for only 12 seconds.Apply the powder, apply top coat and then cure for around 90 to 120 seconds. I think if you have dry nails their instructions don’t work. I have no problem getting it off in about 15 mins using the express remover. Just need to apply and wave for 5-10 mins. I have been using this for 18 months and swear by it but they need to accept that the instructions need to be varied depending on nail moisture.

Where do I start? The customer service is terrible. They take weeks to respond and are very reluctant to issue refunds. The rapid remover does not work as advertised. Although the colours are beautiful, I've noticed significant inconsistencies in the amount of product you receive in the pots. I have purchased a total of 69 colours. Their Facebook group is also unhelpful; it's nearly impossible to get assistance there. They frequently delete negative reviews and comments and often don’t even allow posts to go through. If I had known how poor this experience would be before purchasing, I would have thought twice. Additionally, they managed to get my Facebook group shut down when I was only trying to help their customers with the removal process. If you are considering buying mineral bond powder, do your research. You can find the same products elsewhere for a lot cheaper. Don't be like me and waste a lot of money on this terrible company.

Lovely to apply , impossible to remove.
I would really love to give a recommendation but it is so difficult to remove.
I have bought all of their 'removal systems ', none worked
Eventually I bought a nail grinder
That did it but ruined my natural nails
I have since bought peel-off base coat.This works for me

One star is too much. Check out the real reviews on reddit. I noticed too late that the return policy is dodgy. If you have so much confidence in your product, have a money back guarantee!! Instead you have to return the purchase, at your cost, only if there’s a manufacturers fault. This poor quality product, with false advertising, doing more harm than good to nails shows that the manufacturer is the actual fault! Don’t buy this, you’ll be disappointed

Have been using sistaco now for about 15 months. Colours are lovely and once you get used to the application process it lasts maybe 9 or 10 days. However the problem is when you try to remove it. They used to do a remover in a glass bottle which you applied with a brush, it took a while but eventually came off after several applications and a bit of scraping. They have discontinued this and now changed it to the "rapid remover" in a tube. This stuff is more like glue and doesn't work at all. It has completely ruined my nails. When I tried to contact sistaco regarding this issue they are just not interested. They don't answer the phone its just a recorded message referring you to their facebook page, but if you have any problems and try to get help from other so called "sistas" your comments get declined, and they have now locked me out of their page. The only comments or reviews they accept are good ones.
I honestly don't think this company are being fair to their loyal customers if they are not willing to accept that their is issues with some of their products, especially when removal is an issue as they are making false claims that these products actually improve the health of your nails when this is clearly not the case. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Awful product. No refund available for this utter rubbish. It doesn't last 24 hours before it chips. Utter rubbish. They don't give refunds, so don't buy. Apparently the 30 day refund policy of the UK does cover these. Very expensive and its utter rubbish. Customer service is absolutely terrible, it took over a week for them to respond and frankly they were patronising and completely refuse to accept their product does not work. I'm extremely disappointed, I feel like I've been robbed.

Love sistaco the choice of colours is endless application is so easy and I'm a complete novice when it come to nails.
The only reason I've given 4 stars is I'm finding removal a bit tricky even though I've invested in the removal hub

Trash. Overpriced, arrived all scratched, the colours are horrible, they only last on for a few days at a push. You can get this on Amazon for £15 or so. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I reported it was crap the minute it arrived, waited a whole week for a reply and they took zero responsibility. I will escalate with customers rights UK because this is nothing short from a scam.

Bought this because I seen good reviews and I loved the fact that it was advertising that it was 'quick' to apply and they use mineral powder, which was great.

Took me around 20 minutes to do one set of nails. After 3 days they started to peel and chip. When I tried to remove the Polish with a remover, was so much more difficult than they made out!

I reached out via instagram however no response, but they continue to post on their page.
