CROOKS! My dress came used, bold zipper, and the label literally cut out from the dress. I asked for a replacement. They ignored me multiple times, then tried to gaslight me by saying I was wrong despite photographic evidence, while offering 40%. Because you give 40% off when you’re right, right? Disputing charge, Chase gave me my money back, and I am speaking with the FTC because they’re now harassing me non stop.
Company will tell you they have a refund and return policy. However, the address they provide for the return is not real. It doesn’t pull up in Google or when you have UPS search it. It’s a random place apparently in China. For a UK based company, this smells like a scam and clearly is. Dress was relatively poor quality relative to the price. Oh well - live and learn, but for others, I’d recommend looking elsewhere!
Nightmarish return policy and the cost of the return was outrageous (half the cost of my purchases of 360 $USD). The company asked you to lie about the cost of the items you purchased to customs
