Having now completed three BTL property purchases with Sirius Finance, I wanted to leave another review — particularly for Oliver and Maisy.

The service throughout has been consistently professional, efficient, and reassuring from start to finish. Property transactions and mortgage applications can often become stressful and time-sensitive, but Sirius were always proactive in keeping everything moving towards completion.

Oliver has been excellent to work with across all three purchases — knowledgeable, responsive, and highly dependable throughout the process. His communication was always clear, and I greatly appreciated the work he put into securing updated offers and helping ensure each purchase progressed smoothly.

A special mention also goes to Maisy, whose organisation and attention to detail behind the scenes played a huge part in keeping the applications on track and moving forward efficiently. Her support throughout was genuinely appreciated.

It has been a pleasure working with the Sirius team across these projects, and I look forward to continuing to work together on future purchases.

Hazelwood re mortgage

Me and my husband recently remortgaged our house. I won’t lie, it got off to a slow start but we got an offer eventually. It took a long time to complete as the solicitors chosen by the mortgage company were absolutely terrible! Slow! Incompetent! Unprofessional! But as soon as Toby took over our case, he was on the ball! Chasing the solicitors non stop to try to ensure we got the completion date asap. Unfortunately it wasn’t easy for him as the solicitors were pretty bad but he didn’t give up chasing and trying to get the mortgage over the line. He constantly stayed in touch with us to keep us in the loop! We’re really grateful for all of Toby’s help in securing our remortgage

Staff were very helpful and explained anything that needed further clarification. The loan went through on time and without any hitches. I am an extremely satisfied client.

Billie at Sirius was phenomenal! She helped us through every step of the way, always going above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible. With us being a hospitality based business we required a more specialist lender and Billie had a number of already established relationships with lenders that were specialist in this industry. Billie co-ordinated everything and was on hand to offer her advice about all matters of our purchase. I cannot recommend this service enough and would give Billie 10 stars if possible. If you are looking for a specialist lender or are coming from a more niche industry Sirius and Billie are 10/10. Thank you again.
