We’ve been using SIP3 for several months now, primarily within the support team as part of our day to day work. It has proven an invaluable tool, and when required, SIP3's support team has always been on hand and happy to help with any questions or issues that we’ve had. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

A great way to monitor all equipment using the SIP protocol. Hardware gateways, software on Windows, Linux and other operating systems (a great advantage of using Java). The functionality of the free version of the program will be enough for most users.

Нашли SIP3.. Ну что сказать... тут же все шевелится (в отличии от первого), статистика ищется махом, картинки показываются, алармы шлются.
Как дите малое смотрю на все это с первобытным восторгом. Только и успеваю мечтать о расп...не для сетевиков и всех причастных )). Узких мест система показала не мало, с первых дней запуска.
Отдельная благодарность всей команде. Поставили, рассказали, показали, научили. Баги правятся на лету, пожелания по функционалу учитываются в следующих релизах.
Рекомендую систему кому-то еще? Несомненно!

С установкой помогали специалисты из SIP3, поэтому все прошло быстро и гладко.
В мониторинге добавили несколько нужных нам графиков и стали получать данные, которые ранее были нам недоступны на штатных средствах мониторинга нашего Softswitch.
Система сразу показала нам несколько мест, которые мы уже запланировали оптимизировать. Кроме того, если ранее при обращении клиентов нам приходилось просить клиента делать повторный звонок, на котором мы включали трассировку, то теперь любой состоявшийся звонок доступен нам в несколько кликов мыши: мы очень давно мечтали о таком инструменте.
