Very bad company,

Very bad company. They lie about delivery dates and claim to have items in stock when they don’t. After placing the order, they fail to deliver on time, and a few days later they say the sink might arrive a few days later but still not sure when . Very unprofessional and unreliable

Order/Invoice #837741331

They sent out an incomplete order over four weeks ago - we were missing the sink waste kit. Since then we have phoned them eight times and emailed them four times and still have not received the missing items despite assurances every time we have spoken to them. Unbelievably poor levels of customer service and a warning to anyone who is contemplating using this company.
They have replied below that I emailed them for the first time only two weeks ago - this is correct. However I had for the previous two weeks spoken on the phone to them four times with no joy and then had to revert to emailing.
Spoke to them again 9n the phone this morning where they promised (yet again) to send the missing parts by first class post today to be delivered tomorrow. On their message below they now say the parts will be with me by the end of the week - aaaaggghhhhh
You can’t make this kind of customer service up….

I can see that the first communication regarding the missing part was received two weeks ago. Since then, we’ve been in touch with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, there was a brief delay due to a scheduled stock take at the supplier’s warehouse, during which they were closed. We understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We can confirm that the missing part has now been arranged for dispatch and delivery is scheduled to take place by the end of this week.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to ensuring this is resolved to your satisfaction.

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing regarding my order #837742164, placed on Saturday, 20th September, for a kitchen sink. To say that I am disappointed with the service and delivery process so far would be an understatement.

I have been in contact with your team since last Friday 26th September, and each time I reach out, I receive the same vague response: “we will track the order and let you know.” but I haven't received any response. I called again on Monday, then again on Tuesday, and once more today (1st October), only to be told the identical explanation. Now I am being asked to wait an additional 72 hours for an “investigation.”

Meanwhile, my kitchen is in absolute disarray. The old sink has already been removed in preparation for the new one, and yet your delivery failure has left me in an extremely inconvenient and frankly unacceptable situation.

I genuinely never expected that ordering a sink from your company would result in this much stress, disruption, and frustration. The lack of clarity, urgency, and accountability in handling this matter is deeply disappointing.

At this point, I urgently request a clear and concrete update on my order status, knowing exactly when I can expect delivery.

I hope you understand the gravity of this situation and treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you’ve experienced with your delivery.

We are currently investigating the matter further with the courier, as the tracking status continues to update to “delivery next working day” without any actual delivery taking place. This is clearly not acceptable, and we have escalated with higher management.

In the meantime, I have reached out to you via email to offer a resolution — we’d like to send out a replacement sink on a Saturday delivery to ensure this is resolved as soon as possible. Please can you check your inbox and let us know if you’ll be available to accept the delivery.

This company is a sham!!!! Never in a million years did I think a company can taker your money and run! They have no interest in after sales.
a £500 tap which has failed causing damage to my kitchen.
Perrin&Rowe and sink.co.uk both companies to avoid.

Failed to deliver as agreed

Failed to deliver as agreed, only sending one of two items. Then gave different reasons as to why, and lots if promised call backs and emails which they did not honour. Had six phone calls to try and resolve. Finally second product arrived after I had been told it was out of stock. Meanwhile I'd ordered another from someone else. Total shambles. If you can buy elsewhere, do so would be my advice.

Excellent service. Ordered item on a Sunday and was delivered by Tuesday morning. Spoke to office and found the staff very friendly, efficient, polite and helpful.

Excellent customer service

I phoned Sinks to trace a receipt for some taps in order to get them fixed under warranty. The man I spoke to was very polite and very helpful. He found the receipt and e mailed it straight over to me. Excellent customer service. Thank you

If I could zero points..I would!
This company is awful. Ordered over the phone a kitchen tap. Was told I would receive the tap with 48 hours. So when no tap arrived and after 6 days..I phone only to be told they had no stock. So this awful company has my money for 6 days but doesn't have decency to let me know. I cancelled the order only to be told I would have to wait for a refund.
My advice to everyone..AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS!

AWFUL AFTERCARE

AWFUL AFTERCARE! I ordered an expensive ceramic Franke sink that should have been bomb proof. When we unpacked it to install it it was cracked and usable. We let them know that day but they are saying as we didn't let them know 7 days after delivery they can't do anything! This is complete rubbish and break consumer rights act! A fight to get my money back continues and I won't back down!
