Called up before buying the sink I wanted as I needed more measurements. Customer service was really helpful and provided me with everything I needed. Shipping and delivery was also without issues. I would recommend

The customer service was great when the order was taken on the phone. After having ordered a tap and sink and a waste&overflow kit we are still waiting for the overflow kit 4 weeks after the order was put through which was supposed to be delivered after 7days.

I bought a couple of NoCalc replacement cartridges. One month later they hadn't arrived and I chased them up. No response or explanation but the cartridges arrived two days later.

I'm happy that the issue was resolved but the customer care side could do with some improvement.

Item was well priced and delivered promptly; thank-you.

Outstanding service from this small firm; we ordered in mid-June, just as the covid-19 lockdown was being relaxed, and the firm was spot-on; great communications and really fast delivery.

Excellent service, just remember some customers would rather order with a person than on the website but other than that arrived in good condition when advised it would.

I purchased 2 copper sink wastes 8/7/19, order ID #837675119 from sinks.co.uk. Initially we were very pleased. However the strainer/plug part has become badly faded/discoloured. I emailed Sinks with photos and received an email stating "Unfortunately because this item has been installed and you have had this for over 7 working days this is now out of warranty with us" and we should take it up with "1810". A 2nd email was replied to in a similar manner. I have no idea who 1810 are? Our contract is with Sinks, the responsibility for the quality of the goods under the Sale of goods and Services Act lies with Sinks. I will be taking this further.

I never even got my product! Ordered a sink that showed as “in stock”. A day later I got a call to tell me it’s out of stock and they can get it to me within 10 days. All right, it’s at the limit but I can wait! Well, 10 days are gone and still no sign of my sink! Apparently the supplier hasn’t sent it so now it’s going to be another 10 days. I now have to reschedule the kitchen fitter for whenever I’ll have a sink to fit. Had to cancel and now hope the refund won’t take as long as the sink. And the sink still shows as “in stock” online.

Bought a Perrin and Row hot water tap for almost £1,000 and the head was very scratched. Clearly had been opened and used previously. Raised it with Sinks.co.uk at the end of April(!), constantly chased (called/emailed), and only now at the end of June after numerous chasers have they finally said it can be returned albeit they won't replace the tap until they have more stock (and no idea when that will be). Utter joke of a company and the customer service is truly appalling. Has held up our kitchen project substantially and wasted hours of time. Avoid.

Fast and efficient service. Great product and price. Would highly recommend.

Delivery took about a week and then items were missing.

Ordered a Franke kitchen tap based on order times and stock availability displayed on their website (when model cheaper elsewhere). Paid, and heard nothing further for several days despite order being quoted as next day. When I rang to check on the order was made to feel wasting the customer service rep's time - I eventually managed to ascertain that the tap was out of stock and the order time was in fact several weeks. Had to then pay more for an in stock item. The customer service rep was genuinely patronising, and unhelpful throughout the call. Furthermore they at one point started to lecture on COVID-19 - I pointed out that both my wife and I were doctors in the NHS and very familiar with the issues that it was causing. A simple apology was all that was needed! Won't be using company again.

We have had the tap for a whole week but are still waiting for the plumbers in Cheltenham to call us back to schedule a fitting, they are truly pathetic!! So, who knows if the tap is any good!

Arrived as ordered, there was a little confusion over the delivery as it arrived by 2 separate drivers apart from that we have a lovely functioning sink installed and looks great.

The sink was lovely, arrived when you said it would - what a shame none of the necessary plumbing came with it, plugs, waste or pipes. What a shame you don't flag this up to the potential purchaser. It has put me off ever using you again. The same for the tap that I ordered. The fitments you sent with the tap was completely inadequate and it just so happened I had a brilliant kitchen fitter who sorted it out for me.
