I’m just gone set this here, I can’t stand Single Point Capital. I will never deal with a small factoring company again. They talk a good game into all the things they really don’t offer. They randomly set their own cut offs times. Holiday week, expect no one to answer. Fuel advances cut off time is the same as paperwork. Meaning you have to deliver your load and try to pick one up before cut off time or you stuff for the day. That includes drive to both locations and get unloaded and loaded by the end of morning, if you relay on a fuel advance. Enjoy being late to every load while waiting on them to issue you the fuel advance if you do make cut off time. They don’t offer no type of help or fuel cards. If you’re using direct deposit, never expect your funds the same day because they take all day to process payments. Express codes, you might receive it by 5pm. Barely can get anyone to answer the phones. You ask for a buy out or letter of release, it will not happen. I changed my business name and they made me sign a whole different contract just to hold me hostage. I HATE IT HERE. Currently getting an attorney, to look over the contract that I know I can get out of, so I can fight them in court. It’s horrible, please do your research before signing anything. I got two different contracts with two different business names and two different original contract dates. No balances. I try my hardest not to even factored loads during this time. I Just want a LETTER of RELEASE. Neither one of us isn’t making any money no way. I’ll make a review every business day to let y’all know updates until I’m FREE.
