Great software, great support. Vast library of songs!

Event though Singa is still under development, it's far ahead in many aspects compared to other karaoke programs. I've been using singa professionally (in Denmark) for a year now. I've been a professional KJ for 20 years, and Singa is doing way better in user friendlynes and song catalogue size than any other.

Cancelled via their website after the software not working. A month later I get a £100 charge and refused refund. Absolute scam. Be careful

Taustat ihmeellisiä ja outoja sovituksia. Huonoin ohjelmisto, mitä Suomessa on. Laulava koira versioita valtaosa.

I should have read these reviews before I gave Singa my credit card information.

Payment: I cancelled the subscription two months ago, but they kept billing me. I contacted their costumer service, and they refunded my last payment, but I still don’t understand how it’s possible for me not seeing any subscriptions on their web page AND deleting my account, yet still being billed?

User experience: We ended up using Youtube. The lyrics were far ahead from the sound. Not worth it.

Varmaankin toimiva konsepti mutta ei saatavilla Samsungin älytelevisioihin, koska ei ole Android. Aiheuttaa päänvaivaa.

I've been singing with Singa at home, in various private parties as well as in karaoke venues for multiple years already 🎶 Super easy and fun, either among friends or when hitting the stage on a night out. The song catalogue gets continuously updated and based on many discussions with karaoke hosts, they seem to like the service too!

Erbjuder en gratis månad men skickar faktura och påstår att man har bundit upp sig för ett år. Detta står inte i kontrakten, bara att bestrida fakturan

Having come across Singa Pro being used by one particular DJ recently, and seeing the vast amount of complaints he was getting about song choices, and huge lumps of missing artists I thought I’d have a look myself. Singa, you’ve a LOT of work to do! It’s clunky, jittery, what on earth is with that god awful lyric overlay screen and cheesy photos? You’re about 15 years behind the curve. KaraFun is streets ahead, and unless you can rapidly sort out performing rights issues with certain labels, you’re going to struggle here in the U.K.
if you’re a DJ reading this - for the sakes of everyone that loves a bit of karaoke - don’t do it!!! You’ll spend all night fending off complaints - and when the internet goes you’re stuffed!

Eventually managed to record a song but gave up trying to find out how to listen to what l recorded.Went to the help desk.An answer came back in another language so no help there.Given up.Will stick with Smule

Asiakaspalvelussa petrattavaa. Tänäkään päivänä en ole saanut kahteen kysymykseen vastausta ja palvelu nyt ollut kohta 2 vuotta. Aluksi vastattiin, mutta kun en ole tietotekniikan nörtti ja en saanut palvelua toimimaan yritys löi hanskat tiskiin ja jätti asiakkaan yksin. Sovelluksen sain yrityksessä toimimaan kun palkkaisin siihen tekijän. Ainut joka vastaa on laskutus. Sovellus toiminut moitteetta ja asiakkaat tyytyväisiä siitä tähdet.
Edit! Kiitos Singa vastauksesta! Ymmärrän ettette ole enkä olettanut tietotekniikan ammattilaisia! Kyse oli luvatusta soitosta jota koskaan tullut! Myöskään e-mailiin enää vastattu, mutta olen saanut kaiken toimimaan ja tärkein meille eli asiakkaamme ovat singaan tyytyväisiä! Voihan olla tietokatkos tms mutta tärkein eli ostettu palvelu toimii hyvin! Siitä kiitos.
