Despite some hiccups, the transmission I ordered was delivered to my mechanic. After two days of driving with the new transmission, it seems to be running like new. Thanks to Adam for the good communication and patients with me during the purchasing process.
Adam has been in contact throughout this whole process. He helped me save $ & has been in contact weekly asking for updates on installation & if the transmission worked. Even after hours he's been in touch. That's caring quality customer service that is extremely hard to find anymore. Above & beyond! He was more than willing to provide information he felt would help with the installation. As a somewhat retired mechanic I put it in good hands of another shop I deal with. This Highlander is not a DYI job! Once done it also has to be programmed. Sincere Gear is definitely AAA+ & has gained anymore business that I can send their way.
