I haven’t received my plant yet but I can comment on the wonderful customer services who contacted me on the phone (unheard of!!) and confirmed that unfortunately my plant wouldn’t be available but we talked and substituted with another. Fantastic service

Great Customer Service
Initially there was a problem with the condition of the plants I received for my order. I contacted the company and was dealt with by Hannah. She was very understanding and sorted out a great selection of replacement plants for me which I have now received and am very pleased with. Hannah truly went above and beyond to rectify the problem. She really is a great representative and asset to the company.

Ordered. No plants. No communication.
Placed an order Thursday for next day delivery.....now Monday, No dispatch email. NO plants and NO REPLY from either the contact form or instagram. No way to contact them via phone - be wary....Huge lesson in how to NOT run your company.
**UPDATE** NOW RESOLVED - NEXT DAY DELIVERY FEE REFUNDED AND TWO FREE PLANTS AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL. When I got a reply everything was actioned very quickly. Plants were also in very good condition.

Everything was good. Plants arrived well packaged and ready to go in the ground. Since planting they have stretched their legs and settled in really well. All 6 are looking happy and healthy.

DPD delivered the item upside down even…
DPD delivered the item upside down even though it was clearly marked. As a result all 3 plants were damaged. In addition I really think the wrong plants were dispatched,I ordered Verbena Brampton which is a delicate small bushy plant,the ones delivered look like Verbena Bonariensis which I already have in my garden. I await your response

Good customer service
I changed my review because Haana Brown from the customer service team was excellent in resolving the issue with one plant, which was smaller than the others. I declined the wonderful gesture of replacing the plant, as it has now established itself and is showing signs of growth. I can state I will be using Simply Plants for future orders.

LOVE My New Plants!
Sooo pleased with my new plants from simplyplants.com!
1. The plant quality was very good - surpassed expectations. The plants were in great condition and bigger than I was expecting. Really beautiful.
2. The price was great and there was a discount code available AND a sale on = always amazing.
3. The packaging was SO GOOD. When the delivery man dropped them off I was a bit worried because he threw the box around a bit but the plants had been SO well packed in that actually nothing moved and nothing was bent or broken.
Honestly an excellent experience and would purchase from again if I had any more space in my tiny garden :)

I received a very healthy plant
I received a very healthy plant. It was exceptionally well packaged for the journey (in very hot conditions). It is now planted in my garden and about ready to flower. I would certainly buy here again. I believe the item to be well priced.
