First time purchase for me from Simply Perfumes. I initially asked a question on the product and Jose confirmed my question within a few hours, with pictures and on a Saturday! I subsequently placed the order which ended up with a slight delay in delivery but this was all as a result of Royal Mail Issues (as the parcel tracking proved). Jose was absolutely superb with the communications and even held another gift set for me in case the item did not get delivered/damaged, etc as it appeared to go missing on the Royal Mail tracker for a few days. Item did arrive a few days, later, was in perfect condition due to the the excellent packaging and the item was exactly as expected. Jose was great throughout the whole process, amazingly going above and beyond. I recommend this seller to anyone and already have to family and friends. Thanks again Jose - 5* - Will definitely shop again!

Happy with my purchase and the free gift included though this time I was a bit let down by Royal Mail. Parcel was delayed several days but not big issue as Xmas present.

Placed an order after reading the positive reviews. Cannot be happier. I ordered Burberry hero set for such a good price. It was delivered very fast too. I can see there is not many products in this shop but for me it is just fine as they had what I wanted. Overall would recommend thanks.
