No issues, promised as communicated and no surprises.

The movers arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, when it was cold and rainy. I wasn't able to pack everything since my mother had passed away a few days before my move. They made me feel safe and helped pack things gently and quickly. They were patient and very positive and compassionate. They were too notch. Highly recommend their services.

Very good guys, hard working, did I good job moving my belongings however they should have paid more attention to delicate things such as paper lamp that got totally broken and ripped while moving...

Three guys showed up...assessed our needs and got down to it. They wrap your furniture, box up your TVs/mirrors, and work fast. Our small, one bedroom took barely an hour and a half to pack up, and about the same to move us in.

The movers showed up on time and were very friendly. They quickly loaded up all of my things, and even helped me box up a few odds and ends that I didn't have the right boxes for (microwave, toaster oven, etc.). I got a lot of quotes from various moving companies before hand and they were one of, if not the best, priced options too.

Movers were quick and polite. Everything went very well. Would definitely use them again :)

Great Great Movers. They got the job done. They were quick w/o being rushed or careless. Not one thing damaged! I will have their number available for anyone needing to move. Its stressful enough moving. You don't need idiots assisting you or your stress. Guys, You Rock! Thanks for your help!

These 3 guys came, packed, moved along with large and tiny items, and settled me into my new place. They were all so nice and I would highly recommend them!!

I needed a carpenter and movers for too large item to take out of home. They valued the item so much, removed the door jam, replaced it after
pulling out heavy large chest. Perfect job, neat, quick and exceptionally pleasant crew. I would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for local movers. Price was perfect.

I had a wonderful experience with Simply Moving. Moving in general makes me a nervous wreck and they did everything without a hitch! They were nice and polite, and super efficient.

My daughter’s move on 11/18/16 in Manhattan went very well. The Simply Moving crew of Scott, Red, and Mark were just fantastic. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and use again.

We had a great moving experience with Simply Moving. We moved from Cambridge, MA to Brooklyn. Customer service ahead of time was very nice and responsive, and on the day, everything went smoothly. The movers were all very nice, dedicated, and communicative, and they kept all of our belongings in tact. They even lugged all of our things up 3 flights! I felt bad, but they kept spirits up. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Really had a great experience with Simply Moving. They have competitive rates and area reasonable if you go over your estimate by a few pieces. Had four men who showed up within the stated window, and worked hard and nonstop to keep things moving. I have, and will, continue to recommend them to others.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They arrived on time, wrapped all the furniture moved everything quickly and safely, were super helpful in every aspect of my move. Would definitley use thim again.

These guys talk a nice game, but they will come unprepared to your move, will always have a self-serving explanation for whatever they are doing incorrectly, you will have a stressful move, they will use your credit card to charge you whatever they want, they will not return your calls. They are dishonest. They charged me an additional $1,000 on my credit card without authorization. I worked with Rock.
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER !!

Problems:
1. They don't come prepared: They didn't bring the bubble wrap that I paid for, sent only 3 people when the job required 4 people, didn't bring anything to cover the wood floors even though we specifically discussed it in advance, they ran out of boxes, ran out of time and took unpacked stuff down the elevators onto the streets and packed there for hours.
2. They say they are experts in packing expensive things, but they are not: They didn't have any packing materials for expensive mirrors and paintings. They didn't cover the mirrors and paintings in any paper, just packed them directly into flat boxes which didn't even cover them in full. They packed the plasma TV in blanket and put it loosely into an old grungy box. And they charged me extra for this old grungy box because supposedly it was only "loaned" to me.
3. They love to charge your credit card: I called them four times after the move to discuss the number of blankets they will charge me -- because the furniture had to be left in blankets in storage. Extra blankets had to be used for everything because they didn't bring enough packing materials and we didn't have time to unwrap and return blankets. I think this is their way of making additional money. And then they just charged my credit card for an additional $1000 without any breakdown of the amount, including for keeping their grungy box for the TV (which I still don't know how much it cost me..). I called to resolve the matter, but they will keep lying and won't be reasonable.

Good things:
The three moving guys were nice and had good attitude and tried to do their best under the circumstances.
