We had never used Simply Maldivis before, but found out about them through Facebook. They not only found us our dream holiday but also managed all our expectations. Special shout-out to Ranjana, who was so on the ball. We asked so many questions, and she replied the same or the next day. Five stars from me :)

Great service from Amit. He helped us to choose the right island for us and got us a good price. We had an absolutely fabulous holiday.
Amit was also very helpful and supportive through the recent flight crises.

Amit and the team offered great advice and guidance from the moment we reached out, confused about our options and first-time travellers to the Maldives. He helped us with a shortlist of options, tailored to our requirements and budget. Even when the flights got cancelled as a result of the Middle East crisis, Amit had a backup plan to keep our plans in place. This resulted in us enjoying the trip of a lifetime. I would definitely recommend and will be rebooking now we are hooked!

Amit supported us in booking our dream trip to the Maldives, he listened to what sort of island we wanted and then found us multiple trips to choose from, with his excellent knowledge of each resort we felt we could trust Amit’s recommendations. He was even able to sort extra arrangements with the hotel in advance on our behalf. With the recent flight cancellations around the Middle East Amit also sought us replacement flights and supported with all the arrangements we needed to amend. Would highly recommend

I definitely recommend this lovely company. They are so experienced and know this part of world inside out.

I used to use a very well know 'high-end- travel agency but they made so many mistakes that resulted in lost money, missed flights, and wrong information used that I decided to book my future holidays myself direct.

This worked for me for many years but on helping book my daughter's honeymoon, I found this company and decided to contact them. I gave them the budget and roughly what they were looking for and Simply Maldives came up with several options.

Not only was their choice spot on, it was actually cheaper than booking direct.

They assisted us all the way through the booking process and kept in contact right up to departure and again upon return.

I loved their professionalism plus their friendly manner so much that I booked my next holiday with them as well and I was not disappointed.

Whether you are new to The Maldives or a well seasoned visitor, I would thoroughly recommend using Simply Maldives as your go to travel agent.

This was our first trip to the Maldives and we were unsure who to book through. After trying a local travel agent we didn’t feel we were getting a good deal and the advice they were giving on the resorts was basically taken from Tripadvisor or we were told to look on Google.

We then came across Simply Maldives from recommendations from the Maldive Holidaymakers Facebook group. We sent in a pricing request for 3 islands and the response we received from Amit and the team was exceptional.

They gave great advice on all 3 islands, took the time to find out what we wanted from the holiday, what was most important to us and guided us accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble and our novice questions were all answered politely and professionally. The booking process was seamless, and we amended flight seating a couple of times and once again this was actioned promptly and efficiently.

We then received lots of really helpful information from Amit a couple of weeks before the trip with lots of do’s and dont’s which was great fully received.
We even had an email from Amit on our return asking if everything was alright with our holiday and resort.

We are already looking at going back to the Maldives and will certainly be booking via Simply Maldives. Amit and the team are exceptional and their customer service is second to none. You won’t be disappointed if you use this company.

Excellent advice and service - would recommend

This is our second time of booking with Simply Maldives and wouldn’t ever book with anyone else. From the start of us choosing our next Maldivian holiday to returning home we had a top class experience, a truly wonderful holiday with so much help and re planning of our flights due to the Middle East conflict Amit sorted everything out for us offered us an alternative flight and the rest was history. From our initial enquiry to booking our perfect island location and flights nothing was too much trouble!

We normally travel independently but this holiday being for a special occasion and with us having zero knowledge of the Maldives we chose to book through Simply Maldives. I provided Amit with of list of things we liked and some things we definitely dislike. He provided us with lots of great advice and ultimately a number of resorts that he felt comfortable would meet our criteria.
After some discussions we settled on Hurawalhi which I can honestly say not only met but exceeded in every way the list of “likes”. Out of habit and not knowing the islands or are I did get some comparison quotes and in truth there was little in it but the service I received from Amit made the choice to go with Simply Maldives.

Amit from Simply Maldives has advised us and booked our trips for many years. His knowledge of the islands and personal service are second to none.
This year I credit Amit with saving our holiday by helping us to re-route our flights when the Middle East war broke out. I have no doubt that without Amit’s speedy advice we would have been unable to fly.

The keen price from Simply Maldives was not at the expense of Customer Service. We found the expertise and advice from Amit extremely useful. Even though this was our third visit to the same resort we found Amit’s more up to date knowledge from his recent visit really helpful in making our decision.

Would not hesitate to make Simply Maldives our first call next time we are considering visiting the Maldives!

I'll start this review by saying that for any future trips to the Maldives I would not consider using anyone other than Simply Maldives.

Our initial contact was with Mina who helped select the right hotel/island for us based on our expectations, dietary requirements, activity requests etc. All communication was timely and clear and any questions we had were answered promptly. The booking experience alone would have been enough for us to provide a 5* review.

We were lucky enough to have booked direct flights with Virgin Atlantic so we avoided the disruption caused by the closure of the Gulf airports. Unfortunately our Saturday night outward flight developed a fault and, having reached Austria we turned round and returned to Heathrow, arriving back at 11pm. As we landed I turned on my phone and I already had multiple messages from Amit at Simply Maldives. He was aware of the problem, had managed to hold two seats for the Sunday flight and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do as soon as we were through arrivals.

Amit spoke to a Virgin Atlantic employee in the departures ticket office and synchronised releasing the tickets he was holding with her so that she could give them to us. We left Heathrow at around 23:45 with tickets for the next day in hand.

In the hotel provided by Virgin we talked to other passengers who were either unable to contact their big name travel agents until Sunday morning or had been offered flights by virgin for the following Wednesday and even indirect flights that would take in excess of 20 hrs via India.

The true value of a travel agent is in their response when things go wrong and Amit and the team at Simply Maldives were outstanding.

Just returned from our 2nd holiday to Komandoo. Amit at Simply Maldives was again very helpful enabling everything to go smoothly. Always available to answer any questions giving peace if mind.
Would definitely recommend Simply Maldives if planning to visit these paradise islands.
