I’ve been getting waxed by Mona for about 2 years now and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. She always makes me feel so comfortable and is very attentive and meticulous in her role. She is super quick (but not too quick where we don’t get to have a good catch up)and thorough and I always leave super satisfied. I cannot fault her she has been amazing throughout my wax journey.

I had my first Botox session with Dr Harry James.
He was so professional, explained the procedure and totally put me at ease.

So much so that I have recommended him to family and friends.

Mona is so gentle and lovely. She really makes my waxing experience calm and takes so much care. I feel minimal pain with her and she is super quick! I would not go with anyone else but Mona.

I have been coming to Mona for quite some time now for Laser treatments and the experience has been amazing from the first time I started my laser treatment. She is very warm, makes you feel so comfortable and always greets you with a smile. Additionally, she is very thorough and professional in what she does and always gives good advice. I would definitely recommend going to Mona.

I had the pleasure of experiencing an LPG treatment with Nazia, and it was honestly more relaxing than any massage I’ve ever had. Even though it’s machine-based, the treatment felt gentle, soothing, and deeply calming from start to finish.
Nazia explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The sensation was smooth and rhythmic - almost like a high-tech massage that melts away tension without any discomfort. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely recharged.
Nazia’s warm, professional manner made the whole experience even better.
