I have ordered Cigars from Simply Cigars on a couple of occasions now, and always found them to be very reliable and efficient. Items get promptly delivered without delay, and always packaged very neat and tidy. The Simply Cigars complimentary mints with your delivered items is also a nice touch too. The UK and Europe are currently experiencing supply issues with smaller size Cuban cigars. This has been ongoing since before Christmas, and we’ve yet to receive an update from the UK distributor. Unfortunately, this is affecting all UK retailers. We will contact you directly to see if we can help.
