This company is a SCAM!!! I ordered 4 NEEDOH Jellyfish, after 45 days it says the package was delivered but I have never received it. They gave me a bogus tracking number that went to a different package, a different person & a completely different address. I spent almost $100 dollars on this order. The are not responding to my request for a refund & I am totally beyond angry!!! They haven’t heard the last from me yet!!!
Ordered a year of the horse amethyst keychain. Still waiting two months later for it. I am sure I have been scammed. The tracking went dead in New Jersey, I think. I am in Oregon.
I didn't even want to give them a one star. Ordered a month and half ago, still haven't received my order. I was charged way more than what the original invoice. Tracking update stopped once it hit the US. I believe this to be a scam. Pretty pissed.
I received the wrong items and the wrong color. I contacted support asking for the right items or a refund. I was offered 4 usd for items I paid 55 usd for. I was told it would cost me more to ship the items back. They still haven't given me a phone number or address to ship the items back. It was false advertisement and a hassle trying to communicate with anyone.
Wish I could do 0star. They advertised one product and sent another. Total scammer. Should have known when they charged my account a different price than they displayed in my order. 13$ more they took out of my account without permission. Besides sending me the wrong brand item. They sent me the same white in a foundation. Yes white! Like paper. Then the other side note much more pigment than the white. What am I supose to do with this junk! They better refund me. I will look into the BBB cuz this is Fraud!
Will I ever get my order? I ordered 4 white heart-shaped ornaments before Thanksgiving. It is now January 4, 2025. They made it through customs in Switzerland and in the USA; the last known location was New Jersey on 12/29/24. The tracking number is not recognized by any carrier. These were supposed to be Christmas 2024 gifts. What gives?
I ordered 4 bras - size 6X The tag in the bra says 50/115, whatever that means. It was made in China and I do not know what their symbols and numbers mean. The measurement of the bottom band is 35 inches. No way will that fit someone that measures 50 inches.
