Great Customer Service

Five stars for the support team! When doing iterations to the caller, their support team respond immediately, work on making the changes and had the bot updated and running perfectly either by the same day or the latest the next day. Great work!

Top notch service

Top notch service. I recently took over an account that was utilizing multiple platforms and i was not 100% how it was all connected, and the simpletalk team was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me get everything working correctly and tied into my ghl account. Highly recommend.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the team at Simple Talk and their ability to truly support our goals. From the start, they’ve demonstrated a strong understanding of our needs and have worked collaboratively with us to move projects forward in a meaningful way.
What stands out most is their understanding that the process is iterative. Simpletalk has been a game changer for my business. The platform does require some set-up effort, but once you optimize your agents and automations, simpletalk is reliable, and delivers exactly what it promises. I qualified my leads, got to more decision makers, and scheduled more appointments much faster and cheaper than i ever could. The voice quality is effective and gets the job done for most calls. On more complex or high-priority conversations, I’ll still take those personally to ensure everything lands perfectly. Still it’s helped streamline my outreach in a way that actually saves time and drives results. Highly recommend to anyone interested in leveling up their sales with AI.

Seamless Integration + Best Customer Support I’ve Ever Experienced

SimpleTalk has exceeded my expectations in every way.

The integration with GoHighLevel is completely seamless—it plugged right into our existing systems without any headaches or complicated setup. That alone saved us a ton of time and made implementation incredibly smooth.

Simpletalk gives you all the tools you need.

The best thing about SimpleTalk is that their platform gives you everything you need to create an AI agent without having to code your own programs or train your own models. They are true to their name, they make it simple.

With the help of their team, we created an AI agent, which receives calls from air-conditioning technicians and customers, that answers questions of different levels of complexity, uses RAG for more informed question-and-answering, and executes a number of actions using APIs. We launched our agent three weeks ago and it is working as it should, receiving more than 40 calls a day.

Their team was always available to help, and answered all our questions through chat or through Zoom calls. We worked together closely with their implementation team to align our requirements with the AI's capabilities, and they worked hard to ensure the final product met our expectations.

We explored other platforms initially that offered more extensive tools and analytics, but they all required far greater time and effort commitments. In the end, SimpleTalk stood out because they offered exactly what we needed without unnecessary complexity. Their platform made creating an advanced AI agent not only possible, but surprisingly straightforward.

Took a call with the company today

Took a call with the company today. Their AI called me prior to the call. They said three different ways that it was just $.20 cents per minute.
My biggest challenge with using any of these AIs is that it can put you into a legal situation where the AI tells your client one thing, and then you get put on a call and you have a different reality. I didn't even get into the price of the start-up fee because the AI had told me in three different ways that there was no start-up fee. So you end up with a lack of trust from the very beginning. This is why we had to discontinue use with one of the other AI companies. AI is much more than a voice. It needs to be a representation of your business. If it ruins your reputation, why on earth would you use it?

Those demos run on simplified configurations and don’t include the finalized pricing details — which is why it gave an incorrect answer about the setup fee.

This isn’t how our production agents operate. The versions we deploy for real businesses are fully configured with accurate information and designed to follow the exact details provided by each client.

Follow up Review

When I first signed up for SimpleTalk.ai, I was extremely disappointed. None of the appointments they booked showed up, and I felt like I had wasted my money. However, after leaving my initial review, the company reached out and worked to resolve some of the issues I had. They listened to my concerns and made an effort to improve my experience. While I still think there are areas where their service could be better, I do appreciate that they took responsibility and tried to make things right. It shows they care about their customers and are willing to address problems when they arise.

Improving Facebook lead closing percentage

We decided to start with Facebook leads running through the SimpkeTalk AI platform. We have worked with the team to design a pretty sophisticated routing for leads. We implemented the AI Agent last Friday. Over the weekend, we received 24 Facebook leads and the AI Agent booked 8 appointments. If these numbers hold true, we should see an additional $3.5-5mm in sales this year.
