Michael explained everything clearly and easy for my 82 year old mother to understand She was really impressed at the way he spoke to her and how he put her at ease

The process was simple and efficient from talking through requirements to receiving the will set out as required. Having the will stored as well for a nominal fee is a bonus. Would recommend to anyone

Your representative in Swansea was very helpful, with explanation regarding the plan which suited me. He was very friendly and patient, repeating some of the information, where needed.

It was going well until we hit the PoA. Over £600 for a standard document. The low price is the hook - just be aware, it's not as cheap as it leads you to believe. No problem with the solicitor, he was great. Just a tip, buyer beware
