Simple Green Energy fitted a new boiler for my house and my mothers and underfloor insulation via an Eco Grant. They were professional and I would recommend them.

Be very wary of this company. A woman claiming to be from Simplegreen knocked on our door one afternoon with promise of free underfloor insulation and a free boiler (subject to survey). She represented that the underfloor installation would only take up to 4 hours and that only a small section of the floor boards would need to be lifted and the installers would make right any damage. A surveyor came round and I then got a phone call a few days later to tell me that amazingly I had been approved. Installers were booked to come round one afternoon and never turned up. We eventually rebooked and again, surprise, surprise, the installers didn’t show up at the time booked. This time they had the courtesy to tell me they were stuck in traffic. They eventually turned up 3 hours late to announce that the work would take at least 6 hours and the entire floor would need to be lifted. I was not a very happy customer by then. My partner called the woman who had first come to our door to complaint and after she spoke to the installers, they now say they can do the work without having to lift the entire floor. Needless to say, this hasn’t been a pleasant experience so far. The installers are due to come back some day. Just beware. If these people tell you they will come do the work from 1pm, they are unlikely to turn up. I cannot vouch for the quality of the work but will update if and when the work gets done.

Rashid and Samee were both very professional with the installation of the boiler. Thier friendly and talkative manner was a welcome change to regular installations we've done in the past.

If your reading this to see if this company is legitimate and not a big con then please have peace of mind as my experience in dealing with them was very positive.
I was cold called by a very nice lady in Beckenham as my house is Victorian and i could be in with a shout of a grant for under floor insulation and a new boiler. We filled in all the forms for the grant and then had an assessment booked a few days later to measure up and i had more forms to fill in. Always in my mind i thought that this is a big con and too good to be true, but the chap who measured up took ages to meticulously measure the house and check the old boiler and radiators and fill in more forms (why would he bother if it was a con) after that i didn't hear much from them and 6/8 weeks passed. Then out of the blue i got a call saying i was approved and can they start the underfloor insulation the next day? Two lads turned up who were polite and friendly and spend most of the day under my floors and did a great job. As soon as they left another calling from head office saying your new boiler will be fitted tomorrow and it was a Worcester Bosch. I was asked to pay for a new chimney flue at £150 which i had no problem doing. Next day two very nice Polish lads turned up with the boiler at 10.30am and didn't leave until 10.30 pm and they wanted to return the next day to finish some electrical work which they did. The following evening i have some teething issues with the new system and called the engineer as he had given me his number and he came over the next day and fixed the issue. Simple Green didn't ask me to write a review but if it gives someone peace of mind then great.
I'm sure there are good engineers and ones no so keen to help but i would have no issue in recommending these guys.

From last year oct ,sep 2020 i applied for boiler government scheme .They send some one to do under floor insulation, and i made complain that it was fitted in all room, simle green told me we will send somebody to do rest time past no one came.
And after 5 to 6 months later i call office ask when i will get my boiler and under floor insulation then i ask the name Mr stuart afi .
Mr stuart have sort all the problem
I had boiler fitted and under floor sorted plus he was answering all my texts message too it was good to know him. So i will recommend mr stuart afi good management man

I have recently had a boiler installed by a Simple Green Energy engineer (Araf), he was professional, polite and did an outstanding job of ensuring we were happy with the Boiler and understood how it worked.

Their main office kept me in the loop and were able to address all of my queries too.

I had underfloor insulation and a new boiler fitted by simple green energy, initially spoke with danyal, after speaking with Kam I was more then happy with the level of customer service and professionalism by himself and the engineers he sent out who did a fantastic job.. would definitely recommend

The team came out sent by the company and done a great job on both boiler and underfloor insulation. There were some issues however were resolved by Danyal and his team. He ensured everything was done to a high standard. Happy with job done.

The engineers did a fantastic job, they explained everything properly and left the place near and tidy. I would recommend to all.

I had underfloor insulation and boiler installed by this company.

Under floor insulation has left my laminate flooring damaged. The installer was in a rush to finish the job.

They have installed vaillant sustain boiler 28kw this is a very noisy boiler.
Once hot water is running you can hear noise in different rooms. They say its normal noise but it's not. How can a boiler be this loud.

This vaillant boiler is louder then my 20 year old potterton boiler.

I am not sure if the boiler was installed incorrectly or it's just a faulty boiler. Vaillant will have to come and check it out.
