SimpleFX closed my positions.
SimpleFX closed all BCH/EUR and BCH/BTC positions claiming it’s not allowed "to perform trades that would stem from the sheer urge of exploiting any temporary inaccuracy or any delay in quoted prices"
I work in finance (and held to high profession standards) and I'm always paranoid of getting into trouble when trading forex.

Hi, this situation couldn't have happened on our platform. We have never listed neither BCHEUR nor BCHBTC pairs.
The reviewer has either mistaken SimpleFX with some other company or is posting a false statement to discredit our brand.

Legit Trading App
Legit trading app. In the countries where they operate you can:
- trade live with an email account
- the platform is standard margin trading service - free, no commission, but you pay with spreads
- I use superfast BSC (and LN upcoming) payments, which is great, since I can go in when I see an opportunity
- they constantly update their web and mobile (iOS and Android) apps
- staked my ETH 2.0 with them - and I can use the locked tokens for trading. I could literally short ETH with my forzen ETH this week :)
- 7 years on the market (compared to just 4 by Binance)

Thing is: in 99% of the time, everything works as expected.
But "unfortunately" sometimes your trades just show the wrong values.
Support is always: "yeah, we're investigating this", but NEVER comes back to you and tells you wether it is your or their fault.
Lost some money, but hey...
And NO, i won't tell you again which account was affected. You had more than 5 times to check that.
Edit on 10.02.2022:
they ask Trustpilot to "verify" my review.
No, i won't write you details, because in the past you were also not interested to fix things.
Hitting your reputation hurts you?

Accidently sent money with the wrong…
Accidently sent money with the wrong network. This was handled very well by support. For other issues they also responded very fast with the live chat and e-mail.
Platform is also very polished and there are way more deposit and withdrawal methods than competitors.

The online platform looks good. but the only problem is it can't show the USD acc balance in my crypto acc on my Metatrader app.

... They are just not what they use to be. I like the interface and webtrader but it's not as reliable as mt4 desktop and they do not have mt5 which i have some custom indicators for now. There is some comfort here knowing they have been around for a while but have moved on and am currently using xbtfx.io for markets and exchange and deribit for btc

Trading here for the past 4 years everything is ok but there is some execution issue but not a big deal best broker in terms of BTC trading but now i am also trading with FRXE as they are also supporting BTC
