Heb al meerdere spullen bij hun besteld. Kwaliteit is goed, makkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Goeie prijskwaliteit verhouding. Ze hebben mooie spullen

vorige maand een schoenenkast besteld en weken aan een stuk aan het lijntje gehouden geweest dat er vertraging was met transport en dat ze nog niet binnen waren een binnen weer elke keer deze week krijt u ze of volgende week maar nog steeds niets . heel veel mail en foontjes en wat blijkt pakket zijn ze kwijt geraakt dus een hele maand met leugens opgezadeld geweest en nog steeds geen kast

Supersnelle levering en heel kwaliteitsvol product!

Binnen 2 dagen binnen. Goed verpakt. Duidelijke handleiding. Goede kwaliteit. Heel blij mee

3 schoenenkasten besteld, vandaag verzonden paar dagen later in huis. Helaas, we zijn nu 2 weken verder en nog niks binnen. Mail contact is zeer slecht, slecht Nederlands in woord en geschrift. Geen vertrouwen meer in dit bedrijf.
Bestel nooit meer bij dit bedrijf!

Telefonisch contact was super snel om te vragen of ons product op tijd geleverd zou worden ivm vakantie. Echter het op tijd “ beloofde “ product kwam 2 dagen later aan . Helaas .

Makkelijk en goede afspraken

Goede comminicatie met medewerkster nadat ik vraag had betrekking met verwachte levering.

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought a dining table and 6 chairs at the end of Feb this year and what I received is terrible! I get this is a cheaper way to buy furniture but there is cheap and there is just unacceptable quality! When I received the table the box was all damaged took it out and the leg has a split in the timber and chips out of the legs. I emailed them telling them but said I would keep it as I did not want the hassle of returning it. After thinking about it some more I changed my mind and sent another email saying I wanted a refund because why should I be stuck with something I'm not happy with and is damaged. I've sent 4 emails now and have not gotten one reply!! Despicable disgusting customer service! The description of the table and chairs is completely false it says solid timber for table and does not tell you it's in two pieces.. And says sturdy metal frame for chairs. Couldn't be further from the truth. The table is not only damaged but is that light it moves across the floor when you touch it. And I have one good chair out of 6, none of the legs sit on the ground they all wobble, and the backing is completely loose! And so uncomfortable barely any cushion in them at all. Absolutely disgusted they just ignore there customers. I will not buy from here again!!
