I saw one video online and was recommending SimpleCitizen, I did some research and decided to choose them because I just didn’t want to pay $2000 lawyer fee. They collected my info through many questionaries and I uploaded required files on the website under my account. When everything was uploaded and confirmed, they mailed me a thick stack of application paper along with the instructions for everything I needed to do. Everything is VERY organized. I started to prepare the application in the beginning of March. However, because of the busy schedule so I was still working on it after 3 months… Luckily the staff Ketsia reached out to me. I was able to ask her all the questions I have and she responded me quickly. It helped the preparation go much faster and smoother because I didn’t like the online chatting personally. I took time to write the review because they are so friendly and professional. I really recommend SimpleCitizen and I hope they grow bigger and bigger!

Me and my wife used SimpleCitizen to successfully help us apply for a marriage-based green card using the I-130 and DS-260 forms. There were mainly two staff who helped us continuously throughout the application progress, which lasted for more than a year: this included a very helpful case manager who could be easily reached by email, and a friendly attorney who gave us legal advice and 3 video chats lasting 15 minutes each to help us through crucial steps such as the visa interview. They helped us go through almost 500 pages of documents and various evidence to check for any big errors. This was really great service for the price, and they really made us feel like we were not alone in the immigration application process. Would definitely recommend ❤️

SimpleCitizen was the best choice and solution I did this year of 2023 . The price is great and even though I had the option to talk with one of their attorneys to deal with some questions that could appear , I felt it was not necessary because their website is so well made that make everything very easy . My case was an absolute success I applied my greencard on May 5 of 2023 and just one month after I got my EAD and with 2 months and 2 days I got my greencard approved. I 100% encourage anyone who is maybe in trying to save some money too choose them . Anything you need they help you through right away . It was an awesome experience.

Amanda was great.
Once my files were all uploaded and ready for the review Amanda took my case and reply super fast to all my emails. When the first feedback was sent she was fast enough to let me know the things I needed to improve and the best way to do it.
It took me a while to get the rest of the information but once it was uploaded and I notified her the changes suggested we’re made she got my application reviewed, printed, and sent within two days.
Now just waiting on FedEx to deliver my package to complete the process.

I am extremely happy with Simplecitizen, if you have a simple case of Marriage-based green card I would 100% recommend booking their services. It took us 2 months to gather all the evidence as Simplecitizen was very thorough in the amount of supporting evidence to add to our case, but that effort paid off extremely well as I received my Green Card only 2 months after sending everything. They are extremely responsive and very experienced.

They made my process so much easier than what I thought it would be doing it on my own. They answered all my questions no matter how repetitive or dumb my questions were and always in a polite and timely manner. I received my package with everything so clear and ready o ship.
