It means a great deal to us, and it helps other Aussie couples see that there is a respectful, cooperative alternative to the more traditional adversarial pathway when navigating separation and divorce.
Disorganised, chaotic, unreasonable delays, repeated multiple errors in paperwork, and no oversight of your case by one person. Not to mention a case worker with an unbelievably passive aggressive attitude, which is appalling given their claim is that they aim to make a stressful process less stressful. I would give Simple Separation zero stars if I could.
They simply do not do what they say they will. Processes are delayed and bounce around between multiple people. No oversight of the case by one person means different interpretations are applied and confusion reigns. They are non responsive to clients,documents are full of errors and their consultants take shortcuts.
After already spending a fortune with lawyers and not getting very far, we decided to use Simple Separation. i found it to be much more cost effective, convenient and professional service for my ex wife and I.
It was a fixed fee which gave us complete clarity and it was all on line which was extremely convenient..
Highly recommend them.
