Poor Seamstress: Threads every where!
I brought athletic wear. A one piece. It took weeks to arrive. I finally tried it on before putting it to wash and noticed a slew of random hanging threads. They need a new seamstress. I dont understand how they can sale something like this. Why did they think it was ok to ship out in such condition. This website (Trulia) isnt good enough. I need to show you the pictures. I will post another review on a site that would allow me to do so.

I was excited to order from a black…
I was excited to order from a black owned company, but when it took so long to arrive I had forgotten that I ordered anything at all. Then nothing (out of 3 items) fit correctly. You could see the glue used to close the sneaker on the front not to mention the sizing for the items were way off and the colors were also totally different than what was advertised. The final nail in the coffin was the absurd return policy for the items purchased. I will not be ordering from you all again.

As much as we try to keep it a 100 for you, some factors like manufacturing defects can be out of our control at times and we would like to sincerely apologize to you for for falling short of giving you the most ideal of experiences.
We do have accurate size charts for each item on the site so our clients can find their proper measurements. It may be possible that the items you had purchased run small or perhaps have smaller measurements.

I wanted to support this business but…
I wanted to support this business because it is geared toward women of color, and I want to support WOC businesses. Ordered a sweatshirt and joggers from Simi Sienna. The color saturation was good, but the quality of the garments was ATROCIOUS. It seemed like they were using scrap materials to make the clothes. The fabric was not breathable AT ALL for athleisure. The cloth was cheap, not made from natural materials, and seemed like it would be highly flammable. I cannot believe garments are being made from fabric like this. The return process is also a joke. There was no packing slip provided, and you have to send a variety of emails in order to get "approval" to send the garment back. I noticed the package shipped from a factory in Los Angeles, but I had to return it to NYC. There was no return shipping label provided, so I spent 12 dollars out-of-pocket on a 65 dollar order to send the garment back. I have no idea whether I will actually receive a refund. So disappointing.

The sneakers looks good but aren't useable…
The sneakers arrived in a beat up box with no return instructions. The sneakers are poorly designed as far as fit. The shoe has no elasticity to actually allow you to put it on your foot and I ordered 1 size larger than usual and had my friend who has smaller foot try to put them on. While the print is lovely, the shoe doesn't work I have no return instructions.

My outfits are amazing but the sneaker is very low quality. And poorly made. One shoe the sole is not even glued on. And the box it shipped in is the actual shoe box so it was damaged and in bad condition.

I was very excited to support a black…
I was very excited to support a black owned business especially after seeing the designs and vibrant colors, I was sold. However, I just recieved my products and what I received looks nothing like what I viewed online. The quality of the material is very cheap. I was expecting more durability from the material, but it's that shiney, cheap material. Not only that, but the stitching is coming apart on the top. Very disappointing and unfortunately, I will not be ordering again.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Bold and beautiful. Makes me feel like the Black Queen I am. The joggers are so comfy. And the leggings make my ass look plump and juicy. I should’ve gotten a medium in the jacket but I do like the oversized look of the large. Can’t wait to order again.

I am still waiting for information on…
I am still waiting for information on how to return an item. It's been at least three weeks. I keep getting emails but no one is giving me direct directions on how to return these items. They have very cute pieces on the site, even purchase a pair of sneakers that were cute, however customer service could be better. Also the clothing items or not the material they appear to be online.

Great designs, poor service and quality
I ordered one outfit in an additional shirt from Simi Sienna. While the designs are absolutely beautiful, the fabric selection could be better for athleisure clothing. Also the outfit I ordered was black-and-white however the white of the pants was not from the same fabric batch as the jacket. This led to the pants being a more yellow or natural white versus the very clean white of the jacket. I also had a hole in the pocket of the jacket. For the most part stitching and quality of workmanship is decent, but I am disappointed in the overall quality of the garments, as they should have had more stretch and more cotton content being athleisure wear.
In addition, the shipping process was confusing and unclear on when I should expect my order. Logistics should be predictable for customers. Shipping took far too long and it did not ship until I contacted them about my order.
I love the designs, but I will not be purchasing again. The poor service and lack of quality of the garments for the prices is not acceptable. $150 for an out with a hole in it and mismatched coloring? No thank you.

Our printed Simisienna items are all made to order, which means that in some rare cases the items ordered in a set my in fact come from different batches of fabric.
