Do not be fooled by the professional photography on Simig’s website. I ordered two ceiling lights for €500 based on images of what looked like expertly sewn, high-quality fabric. What arrived was a cheap, poorly made imitation in the wrong color and a rough, low-grade material.

When I requested a return label and a refund for the second (unreceived) item, the nightmare began. They ignore daily emails or send vague promises without action. They even tried to threaten me, saying that contacting my bank would "cause me problems."

Be aware: This is a drop-shipping company from China with no published address or phone number. They present themselves as a European company, but they do not follow EU consumer protection laws. I am now forced to resolve this through my bank. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a lamp with an E27 lamp holder on 21/11/2025 and paid €175.
The seller delayed shipment until 25/12/2025, stating that the lamp had not yet been produced.
As of 20/01/2026, the issue is still unresolved.
The product I received does not match what I ordered. The company later admitted they cannot provide the correct E27 part and asked me to wait 3–4 months, or accept a completely different lamp model that I did not order.
They also refused a full refund unless I return the item to China at my own expense, even though the mistake was entirely on their side.
Communication has been slow and inconsistent, and responsibility has been pushed onto the customer.
I do not recommend this company. Buyers should be extremely careful.
