I travel alot and have tried alot of other esim companies, what I like about this one is it’s transparent every step of the way, the customer support helped me understand more because I am not great with the technology but it was very easy to set up. I am very happy to have found a new home with this company and I really like the prices which are the best anywhere else from what I have seen, the others are middle men, simbye is the best choice. Look around and tell me I am wrong. I spent so much money being cut off from other companies!

Ich benutze es bereits zum vierten Mal in diversen Ländern. Gerade in Europa funktioniert es sehr gut!
Der Kundenservice war enorm hilfreich, als ich mein Datenkontingent auffrischen wollte, ist aber über die Website nicht gut geschafft habe. Ich bekam sogar 3 GB Aufladung geschenkt!

Kein Empfang!

Ich habe mich für Simbye entschieden, da sie versprechen in Australien sowohl das Optus als auch das Telstra Netz abzudecken. Leider ist das nicht korrekt. Sobald nur noch Telstra verfügbar ist, habe ich mit meiner eSim absolut keinen Empfang. Das ist ein richtiges Problem, wenn man in abgelegenen Gegenden unterwegs ist, da es hier in der Regel nur Telstra Empfang gibt. Das Problem habe ich bereits zwei Mal bei Simbye gemeldet und absolut gar keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Kein InternetFinger weg

Wir hatten keinerlei Internet in Spanien, Frankreich und Deutschland obwohl die esim in die Netze eingebucht war, Support war nicht hilfreich. Finger weg
