Silvia brings great energy

Silvia brings great energy to each class she teaches. She is always giving advice around adjustments needed and best stretches for different issues anyone may have. The group is always incredibly welcoming and friendly. Most importantly while learning new exercises we have fun! And leave feeling good. I’d really recommend this class no matter your fitness level.

A great instructor that plans a great…

A great instructor that plans a great session in each of her classes! The classes consist of a mixture of activities and I love how she includes weights and “boot camp” to really help meet those weight loss and toning goals!

Silvia is the only fitness instructor I…

Silvia is the only fitness instructor I have ever enjoyed working out with. Her classes are challenging but enjoyable and she knows how to blend making it fun whilst pushing me at the same time.

Fun class

Been going to her class since last year very regularly and I must say it’s amazing class and we always have fun. She will motivate you and also teach and give you tips to perform and be better at working out. Her class are friendly and also a great community to make new friends. Really recommend her class.
