My wife and kids bought the Darth Vader Statue/plaque for me for Father's Day. Although it did say plaque in the description, the pictures were airbrushed to look like it was a statue (shady). I can get past that, however it showed up damaged. We reached out to them immediately; they asked for a pic of the shipping label and the damage which we sent. they have not replied since. Ghosted us. BUYER BEWARE!

I AM VERY UPSET, BROKEN WEBSITE!!!

I am very upset, I feel like I was scammed, I paid almost $70 for a star wars 3D desktop figure and all I got was a small sticker sized picture of what I was supposed to get. False advertising for sure, I want my money back. I also ordered a keychain and the tracking number has been stuck in the same location for WEEKS. This experience was so not worth it and made me not trust websites ever again. I should have only paid $5-$10 for what I got. Definitely NOT ordering from this website again. Never again!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I AM WARNING YOU!!!!!!!

Can I leave 0 stars?? Product advertised looked like a nice size desk Star Wars Father’s Day statue. Received a key size plastic magnetic like object with a picture inside of it. Advertised picture %100 deceiving. Not worth $1.00 let alone over $40.00. Please please always read reviews first. I wish I had.

Per my last review

Per my last review, I did receive my item WEEKS later my complaint and it showed up BROKEN. Clearly it was not packaged appropriately because by the time it landed on my door it’s split into two pieces. I want my money back or a replacement sent out as soon as possible. I wish there was a way to show a picture.

I wish there was a button to not leave a star. I ordered a gift for Father’s Day 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it yet. I got a confirmation email, but I’m not able to track my package with the order number or tracking number. I paid $55.90 for the gift and I have to admit that I have been scammed- I will be pushing for a refund! I called and emailed contact support and still haven’t heard anything yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!

Deceptive advertising of product. I fell in love with the product online because the pictures lead you to believe that it is a 3D figure. It turns out it is a flat plastic plaque that is not even close to the product you think you will be getting. Definetly NOT worth the $39.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I bought a custom ornament and I been trying to track it but it hasn’t updated in over 10 days.. I’ve tried emailing the email posted on the site and not reply yet. It was a cute little wedding gift and I been waiting for this to come in so I can send all the wedding presents together. I feel terrible that it’s not here while my friend is expecting a package from me. Hopefully I get the package soon otherwise I’ll dispute the charge and request a refund due to fraud / scam since that what it seems like

False advertising on the website.

Late shipping when it was guaranteed by Mother’s Day, damaged product, the item provided was not what was described or shown on the website. Customer service was unwilling to give a full refund for the false advertising.

Do buy from this company someone stole my order but I paid for shipping insurance so all should be covered but no. I have emailed them three times and they have ghosted me so had to file dispute charge through my card company.

Horrible Company

I bought a locket that was supposed to be customized with my wifes and my name. After paying 2 weeks went by with no tracking or word of progress of said product. Tried to ask for a tracking, was given nothing but a link to a page with no information besides my address and product I ordered. After trying to contact the company one more time requesting a refund with no reply. I disputed the charge with PayPal, they finally responded that they are sorry and are shipping the product. I waited for the product to get hear to clear the dispute and close it. I am reluctant to close it due to the following reasons as follows. Sad fully the product does not look anything as advertised. Can hardly read the names on product I am very disappointed I had hope for better as your sister shop sunflowerly did an excellent job last time without delay and quality. Honestly this was a waste of money I had better hopes and expectations from your company.

Unfortunately this seems to be a scam as you may or may not get products until try and get your money back. The product's are of poor quality and look far from what is advertised. My suggestion is to stay away from them. Truly a waste of money.

Ordered a Disney Mama sweater for $57…

Ordered a Disney Mama sweater for $57 for my wife for mothers day.. Took 10 days to arrive which i thought was great.

However what i recieved is absolute garbage. I ordered a Large as my wife likes them to be baggy on her and ive recieved an Extra Small

Also on their advert the shirt looks to be embroided and what ive recieved is not only a cheap material but also cheap colouring on it and not embroided at all

$57 for something that probs cost less than $5 to make

No contact number or email to resolve this. Wish id read reviews before ordering! Not impressed

Don’t buy from them

Worst company to buy from ever. No returns no refunds when asked for. And their communication is days later and you can only email them. If I knew how difficult my item would be I would’ve never ordered from them but I love stitch and wanted a stitch phone case biggest mistake ever with this place. Absolutely the most horrendous…

Absolutely the most horrendous experience I've had shopping with any company ever. The 3 items I ordered arrived damaged. One had a hole in it and the other two snagged throughout the material. The only form of communication is email and takes days/weeks for a response. They asked for pictures and I emailed them they responded days later stating that they wouldn't accept a return for a refund. I have never in my life heard of a company not accepting a customer's return for a refund especially when items arrived damaged. I would highly stir clear of ordering anything from this company- this has been a huge frustrating experience. This company is out of Singapore and it is my belief that it's a fraudulent company- they are not listed with the BBB either.
