Silver Tree Jewellery Recensioni

I was looking for a ring and thought the shop looked lovely so called in. The service was 2nd to none, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a ring and love it. I called again looking for a Tree of Life necklace and found one that was beautiful. Once again the staff were really lovely. I love the fact that it's a small family run business and hope they are there for many years to come.

Just great... my fiancé bought my engagement ring and first valentines day present from them and i absolutley love it!!!

The pieces are well-made and have unique designs. A few small improvements could be made, but definitely worth it.

Lovely staff and great service. Sorted out broken watch strap and replaced stone in a ring. Thanks in particular to Katie whose suggestion re the watch strap was inspired, after their repair shop couldn't mend it. All delivered very quickly back to me. Highly recommend!

Purchased a beautiful charm. Arrived very quickly, recorded delivery and was accompanied by a hand written thank you note. These are definitely the qualities I look for in a company and can highly recommend. They will be my go to jewellers in the future! Thank you 😊

My mum had a specific design of necklace that she wanted, I called into Silvertree on the off chance that they had something similar in store. They didn’t but Asena was extremely helpful and looked through a catalogue to find exactly what my mum was after. She took my email address and said she would contact me with a price when she could find it out. I received the email before I even arrived home, she went ahead and ordered it as it was a great price and it arrived less than a week later. My mum loves the necklace and was extremely happy with the service we received.

Excellent service from a lovely member of staff who gave us an instant replacement for a faulty bracelet and was really helpful.

Excellent company, ordered as a special gift for a family member.
This company couldn't have been more helpful.

Would shop again.

Great service, speedy delivery and when I changed my mind and wanted to exchange my item the team were so nice and received my exchange within days which included a little handwritten note thanking me for my support of their business. Will definitely shop there again.

Fabulous little company. Cheap prices and fast delivery. Would recommend

I never really leave reviews but after reading such lovely comments about this company prior to ordering, it filled me with great positivity. I just wanted to encourage everyone to use Silver Tree for future purchases. My order arrived impeccably within 1.5 days in the middle of a pandemic!!!! Beautifully, just perfectly gift wrapped, even after I had missed the option to select ‘gift wrapped’, so contacted the seller later on and this was adhered to immediately.
I am just so impressed with the service and the order arrived so promptly with a personal touch complimentary slip enclosed. Will definitely be using again and telling all my friends.

I ordered an item online which arrived 2 days later beautifully wrapped, but most of all they took the time to put a hand written note in thanking me for my custom. Always a pleasure to shop in store but this small gesture made me smile.
Thank you Silver Tree.

I never leave reviews. I bought a sale item which was excellent value, when it arrive it was beautifully gift wrapped with a hand written gift tag. I never normally would buy jewellery online, now I will reconsider. Thank you for the excellent service.
