everything works regarding the T-shirt I bought, I don't know yet in the process of delivery

Well, my granddaughter loves the Aries sweatshirt I ordered for her.
I just ordered 4 t-shirts today, hope they are true to size, I love the RUBY and the Black Flintstones tees.

Janko count your days. Eight days every time I reached out to customer service. And then they stopped responding to the email. Took over two months to get my order. Ordered on January 22nd and didn't get it until February 27.

I ordered 3 outfits size 3x a they are like a size 14 women’s there no way these hips are going to fit in them. Tried to return and was given an address in China but package came from CA. It cost much as outfits to return so basically just gave money away.

This is a horrible company. It's been over 2 months since I made this order. Every time I inquire about my items, they keep saying it will be with me in 8 days. Then the next email says 8 days. I'm so tired of these company.

Waited a month before my order arrived. Do not waste your money. This is a oversea company pandering to the black community! The thread on the clothes is worth more than the whole outfit you will purchase. Items are of Temu quality. Buyer beware!

I placed order #54940 Libra Girly Season Unisex Long Sleeve Sweatshirt size XL. I need to return or exchange for a larger size 2XL. I received an email to send a $8 exchange fee and I sent the fee exchange fee.
I need to know how do I order the correct size?

The quality of items from this business are absolute rubbish! You get better quality off Temu!!

When customer service was contacted they responded with something about delivery (didn’t even bother reading what I sent but obviously delivery is an issue for them to send a response about that).

Contacted them again, no response! Don’t bother buying from here as they’re not overly cheap especially when you’re from another country that doesn’t use USD!

I finally received my order from Silversal. I ordered on February 14th, I received it March 6. The material is nothing like I was hoping for, but the stitches are very good, the colors are vibrant and gorgeous!

Scam! I ordered on 1/31/25. I have not received anything, even though they said it was on the way. I have disputed with PayPal. I will NEVER order again and I will fight to get my money back.

No one can find my order. The money was taken immediately. It's been a week. No confirmation of purchase or order number. My purchase date 2/28/25

The fact that I deleted my praise review after trying to track my package and my order cannot be found is outrageous. Their products are amazing but now I feel I probably wasted my money and time. This will be reported.. sorry but not sorry😡

Order placed 1/25/25 and after 3 email exchanges on order/tracking, my items finally arrived 3/3/25. The tracking information provided did not work. This was very frustrating. I've not worn the pieces yet, but the quality is fine and as expected. Would I order again....TBC

Ordered ONE item from them Feb 3rd & STILL haven't received it. THANK GOODNESS I used Afterpay. Have STOPPED any more payments to this company. Registered on the site and am NOW unable to get on the site. Have been emailing them for weeks, was in contact with someone named Janko who was supposed to be Customer Service, but once I gave him my Order Number of my order, ALL became silent. Will DEFINATELY be reporting them to the BBB as well as my States Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

I placed an order for a sweatshirt and after some time passed I hadn’t received my sweatshirt. So even though I had mistakenly deleted the email with the order number I sent Silversal 2 emails in which I provided the order date, the order total, my name and address requesting an update on my order. I never received a response nor have I yet to receive my order. I deleted my email subscription and I will NEVER shop with their company and I STRONGLY encourage others to NEVER shop with this company or utilize this website.

I order a dress from silversal on February the 4th it now March the 4th . When I go to my Dr appointment I am going to the BBB and report this . It's is ridiculous. They have my money and I will do whatever I have to, I. Order to get my item or money.
