I have not received my merchandise. The payment was taken out of my bank account. I don't have money to give away. They came across as a trust worthy company. Am I going to get my merchandise.?

I never received the items I ordered. I contacted on May 10, 2025. The response says your order as been shipped. I have not received the order yet. Today is May 27, 2025. This company may be a scam.

It says order placed on Feb. 24th, 2025 but it as placed on April 24th and the Order no they have on my confirmation is not valid.

The variety of products is exceptional. The website is easy to navigate. Just a great company to do business with. Highly recommended.

The order process is easy. The pre-order process could be better, as I was informed that a product came with a linen tunic under it and it did NOT. It takes about a month to get orders, but I understand because it's coming from another country. Product quality is great! Prices are fair.

Really I would like to give the company no stars at all . Ordered an item in April , recieved an order number - S00009203 trying to track order but it says unknown despite receiving a tracking number . They have contacted me only once by email from Janko who is probably not human despite me sending at least 7 of 8 emails
No response about a refund as not recieved items as that’s not included in refund policy .

The blouse that I ordered was simply beautiful! Can’t wait to wear it!

I placed an order for hoodies and a Juneteenth t-shirt on March 28. I was hoping they would arrive by Easter, April 20. The items finally arrived May 1. I reached out to the company 3 times between order and delivery. Tracking the items, looks like they sat in China unmoving for about 10 days. I finally received a response that my items would arrive within 12 days; it took another 3 weeks to receive. The graphics are beautiful; but the items are cut small and they are definitely not typical sweatshirt material. The texture is indescribable. I can't imagine how the service will be and how slow it will take items to arrive once the tariffs are in place. Will definitely not order from them again.

I was not totally pleased with the checkout process. My final payment was about $20 more than what was originally stated. And I was not able to see a breakdown of charges such as taxes etc.
I’m hoping that the products will match what was depicted.

Overall Great experience. Options to send as a gift (receipt) would be my only recommendation. Update- lack of response from customer service. Tracking number appears false.
