I placed my order on January 20th

I placed my order on January 20th, the shirt is beautiful on the website and I really wanted it for Black History Month and still haven't received it. I sent numerous emails and NO response. I want my money back! I will never order from them again.

I have emailed customer service twice…

I have emailed customer service twice with no response. I have been trying to get my order expedited to no avail. When I put the order number in, it says not found. All I can get is "processing". No date as to when it might come.

Horrible contact information

Horrible contact information. Their website says that my order was delivered but it has not been delivered. No way to contact them besides an e-mail and no one has responded. Horrible customer service! I want my money back.

It was easy to use the site

It was easy to use the site, I like the products on the site, for me most dresses I did like would be too long for me at 63 inch in the styles I did like! I ordered it as a birthday gift for my daughter! Great Customer Service already! Thank you

I don’t know if this site is real.

You’re sending the email and have sent me a confirmation email. How do you ask for feedback on the product and I just ordered it like 2 days ago. No confirmation or anything sent to me regarding my order, just took my money and no communication.

When you show your company untrustworthy!!!

I placed an order on Jan. 23rd 2025. I have seen no activity on my order being shipped. Because I was new to the site, I only order a simple dress and earrings. At this time I can't even track my package.
As of today 2/20/25, I still have not received my dress or my earrings.
