Silverain did my ground floor rear extension in 2016. Mr Ally and his company left the work unfinished and done poorly not following the drawings after 7 months. I tried to mediate and sort out amicably also via the FMB but he always declined. Finally took them to court case which I won and I was awarded compensation in August 2024 which was never paid as Mr Ally preferred to apply for voluntary dissolution in 2025 and opened a company with similar name and still advertises as Silverain. I would recommend to ensure he holds an insurance that covers dispute or that you obtain a personal guarantee, should you wish for an extension to be built by them, I have the Court Order by Wandsworth County Court which is public domain for all to see if interested. He still holds my patio door key illegally and it is high time I let the police know

We used Silverain to renovate our front garden and they did a great job. From the initial enquiry we received a quick reply and helpful conversation with Ally on the best design approach to take, and the friendly team then carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard. Would definitely use their services again.
