Very upset! Big scam company it appears! Returned the 5 in 1 hair dryer but have heard no news from the company itself of any attempt at a refund being made. Very poor customer service and money down the drain it appears.
Do not buy this product or use this company. Product awful customer service awful. Buyer beware do not waste your time or money. We tried to return the sub standard curler and they refuse to share their returns policy. Disgraceful
Absolutely awful do not buy!!! Bought a 5 in 1 hair dryer brush set from them as a Christmas present for someone else and it was faulty and I have been chasing them up continuously and they are not returning it and it’s faulty never buy from here very disappointed was a £50 purchase very disappointing they shouldn’t be allowed to have a website
Wish I’d read the reviews first. Broke immediately, awful quality and have been trying to contact since before Christmas b it no one replies. Will be reporting to ombudsman
Do not buy anything from this rip off company. Received a faulty very poorly made product and have been chasing up how to return only to get the silent treatment. Turns out they have a 30 day returns policy which is against the law if a product is faulty. Probably the worst product and company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from. Save your money and shop elsewhere totally unacceptable

Delivery took a few days more then expected but product was fine
Their “customer service” team is awful! This is what I got sent from them via email today:
“ You sent an insult first and because ur a customer u feel entitled to do so, thank you for your review, wish you a horrible year”
All of this because in my email asking for a refund I mentioned how I felt - which was that I felt like I was being talking to a wall - simply because of their slow replies. I do not recommend this to anyone.
This hair dryer smells like burnt plastic and got my whole family scared as it sounded like ti was about to set on fire. I had no reply from the team about how to return it. i do not recommend!
Was a bit worried when i saw the reviews, but i received my delivery the next day. Product seems good has been used a few times, did let the company know about the reviews i had seen online however they said that a lot of competitors have been leaving negative reviews….
Brought for Christmas and unpacked tried to use but the dryer started smelling of burning , then smoking !
There are no return documents / instructions in the parcel ! The web portal is hopeless and does not even acknowledge you want to return and the email address again no response !
This is over the Xmas period BUT the portal should have an acknowledgement email ! They have however had the decency to email me a really rude message ! So just to solidify my review this company is not only sending out bad product they have no customer service !
I’ve received a threat to my children in a mail due to back and forth rude emails between both of us . A threat to dissolve my children will not be taken likely ! I have reported to the police !!
Good service, I was a bit skeptical based on the reviews but good product for its price. I accidentally placed the order at wrong address, but they managed to fix it in time so my delivery wasn’t delayed!
The box arrived damaged on 5th Dec using their email address. I contacted them that day to request how to exchange and received no response. I tried again a few days later using their 'contact us' function. Its now the 11th and still no contact. They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee but this is looking unlikely.

Finally got a refund.
Been threatened with legal action re my review. Direct copies of emails from silkyflow:

Awful experience with this company.
Customer service is non existent.
Item is cheap and poor quality and faulty. Its taken me over a week to get a response and then threatened with legal action for raising a dispute with my bank..which I raised as I was worried I wouldn't get a refund. Really condesending emails and threats. AVOID! I've never written a review for anywhere before but have to warn others not to use this site.
Would never use this company again poor customer service. Returned item they refused to refund, clearly the item was not fit fir purpose they kept the item I sent back, and stopped replying to my emails. I contacted my bank who are now trying to get my money back disgraceful avoid avoid avoid.
Terrible product terrible customer service would never buy anything from them again. Stay away from this company awful.
