I've been looking for unique business cards that would stand out and make a lasting impression. After being disappointed with the typical business card printing companies, I found Silkcards and decided to try them.

These exceeded all expectations. They are truly a work of art. I chose the design service, and I’m so glad I did. Valentina helped with refining every detail of the design. She, along with Alicia and Ami, went beyond simply asking about colors and basic information, and worked to discover the deeper messages that I want to convey to my clients.

Oh my gosh… I’m blown away by the super quick customer service responses. I wanted to see options for my business cards so they sent samples off to me right away. They also shipped my cards quickly so I could have them in time for the holidays. When I got them, I was thrilled with their printing and the quality. Great pricing too! Definitely using SilkCards from now on.

I would give zero if I could. I can’t believe this is even a real company. The customer service from high up supervisor Cristian is abhorrent. The fact that there is no one to speak to above him is a real problem. If you hit any snags in the very beginning of your order process and try to cancel you will be coerced into believing that they can still complete the project the way you want. Then when that proves to be false and you still need to cancel you will be charged 20 percent in termination fees as well as being gaslit by saying you waited too long to cancel the order and allowed them to proceed with the work. The only person higher than the ‘supervisor’ I’m dealing with is the owner. Good luck getting in touch with them. Do yourself a favor and go with a different printing company. Fast Printing is a great and reliable printing source. This one cannot be trusted and treats new start up businesses appallingly.

The cards we designed together are INCREDIBLE! The design and add-ons used turned out to create an even better than I imagined - it was a serious level up from my earlier plan to go with a standard business card. I will be working with Silkcards again! Five star service, communication, and product.

The buisiness cards I ordered look great! They are very high quality and they came quickly.

Initially, everything went smoothly. I received my sample pack, and initiated the design process. We had a couple of exchanges/tweaks, and then a proof was approved. Several days later I was informed that the production team could not get the results we wanted, so that design was scrapped, even though SilkCards provided it. A second version was sent, with a different production process, that was also approved as acceptable. A few days later, the same issue- cannot produce the design that was sent to me and approved. 3rd time went with a simplified mono-chromatic version. These were approved and produced, and I have them in hand. While they did come out good, they are less impactful than the original two designs. A partial discount was given, after it was offered as a credit towards a future purchase, which I rejected and demanded that it be applied to the current order since it was not what was originally (or subsequently) agreed to. I am satisfied, but less than enthusiastic. It seems to me that the design team should already know what the production department is capable of without trial and error. I would submit a photo, but I cannot see where to do that in the Trustpilot review panels.

A joke of a business. Paid extra for them to design a card for me. First the cards got lost in the mail and returned to them, when I finally got the cards I realized the QR code didn’t work. I checked that it worked MULTIPLE times when they sent the final draft to me for approval. It worked fine on the draft but not on the actual card. They legit told me it was my fault for not checking the QR code worked (even though I did) and they refuse to send me replacement cards. $300 for mediocre business cards with a broken QR code. Awesome. Stay far away from these people.
