DO NOT ORDER! Chinese Scammers!! I went through my bank to open a dispute and retrieve my money. They had the audacity to say they had supplied the products and will not be accepting returned items. These are the online shops that give Asia a terrible reputation.

I've ordered a viral cow print jacket from there and it's completly teribble quality. I tired to ask for refund but they ask for additional payment for shipment - even though on their website it says that it's free. Worst experience ever. I've learned to read reviews thanks to that..

The company YOKI has been closed since 2023 according to Chinese registration. The given mobile number does not exist either.

We have called from China to this Chinese mobile number. We are further investigating, But in the meantime. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Also the way they address you with "dear" is clearly coming from a chinese person.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had as a buyer. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website. The quality of the products is extremely poor; they do not resemble the images or match the descriptions provided. For instance, I ordered a dress that was advertised as being made of 50% linen, but it turned out to contain 0% linen but some kind of polyester, good for a table cloth. Customer service is virtually non-existent, and the website is misleading—there are no free returns under any circumstances.

I agree with what everyone else is saying - the dress ordered is NOT made of linen, as advertised, and when I asked how to return they finally answered my email after several weeks saying they only refund for “quality problems”. It is dire. They are rude and tell me the dress is “exactly as advertised on the website”, which is not the case. They say they will exchange for another size but I must pay the return postage to the warehouse but I have no idea where the warehouse is as there is no address given on emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

SCAM! Report it to PaPpal and they will block them!

If I could give this awful company a zero I would. Ordered what should have been a linen printed midi dress in a large, a medium arrived in the most awful, cheap polyester material, it’s horrendous. I’ve emailed, commented on Instagram, DMed on Instagram but have had no reply to my very valid complaint. All of the reviews on the website are absolutely fake, you have to log in to do one but then it won’t let you register for an account on there anyway. This company is obviously ran by thieves that don’t give a damn about their god awful service or their customers. Do not buy from here, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY FOR THEIR HORRIBLE CLOTHES

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This company is a complete lie, advertising clothes that aren't anything like what the picture (or they) say. Do not buy from this company. Or if you do, buy one small thing you don't care about spending money on that you'll never get back and check for yourself. First, the site advertises "30 day free returns" which is false. They do not accept returns, and if you did have to return something you would have to mail it back to China which is where all the clothes are made and ship from. I made the mistake of ordering a large amount of clothing. It arrived a month later after a journey from China in two completely ripped bags with no receipt inside. Now, to the clothes. They are cheap, counterfeit rip-offs of other clothing manufacturers you see online. The photos of the clothing are not photos of the clothes they send you. So, they engage in illegal and deceptive advertising. The clothing designs are not what are pictured, and the fabrics they say they are made from are a lie. The "linen and cotton" dress I ordered is 100% rayon or some other terrible, cheap material. There are no tags on any of the clothing, which is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) under several regulations, primarily the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act, the Wool Products Labeling Act, and the Care Labeling Rule. Do not order from this company if you want to get clothing you'll actually wear, or if you plan on returning the clothing you receive because you're inevitably unhappy with it, since it will cost hundreds of dollars to ship it back to China. Their "30-day free returns" statement is a scam.

I’ve written on here previously about how awful they are.

As they state the dress I bought is 88% linen (when it’s not!), I have reported them to Trading Standards for misleading customers.

It also states under Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, 2008, that we are legally entitled to a refund.

Unfortunately I am consistently being ignored apart from random emails calling me “dear” and telling me I can’t have a refund.

They are awful and total scammers!!

Scam company. They don't do returns, I tried for two months to contact them asking for return address. The answer randomly asking me whats was wrong with the item. I told them 50 times; It is in polyester, it has even a polyester label inside, but they market it as linen. And the size XL is a European S-M...!

Awful quality, awful customer service. They don’t do returns. Avoid. Total scammers.

The worst customer care ever and the dress I ordered looks TERRIBLE. I actually got a response from them when I emailed them to ask for a return. THEY DON’T DO RETURNS! They said so literally. You can possibly exchange it to a different size. I was so pissed off. I have always bought dresses in size S and that’s just the size I am in basically everything and this dress I ordered in size S could maybe fit my 2 year old daughter.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered… Lesson learned!

Dress was too small. I am 5’6” and 135 lbs and ordered a medium. I have emailed them for weeks days and have commented on their Instagram with no reply to either. Thankfully I used good old AMEX to pay for the dress. I will be DISPUTING on AMEX and once done, will donate the dress to goodwill.

Don't buy! It's a scam! Bad service, very slow en long waiting time between email. Also the clothes are low in quality. No brand.
They arrived 2 months after the order. When you want to send them back or ask for a refund they don't answer anymore.
Also everything comes form china and not san fransisco.

Clothes are poorly sized and very cheaply made. No material descriptions are listed on website. All is polyester.
I emailed several times asking for a refund as the size is wrong and the quality is very bad.A response took close to a month. They say that they won’t refund for errors in size choice! It’s my fault. I chose my correct size, the outfit is huge! Complete waste of time and money.
