We used Signs Express for external signage and a door wrap at our warehouse, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly and offered valuable advice on our design, along with helpful recommendations based on their past experience, which we really appreciated.

We’re extremely happy with the final result. They were punctual on the installation day, kept us updated throughout the process, and their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. We 100% recommend Signs Express and will definitely be using them again in the future for our vehicle wraps.

The whole experience with the Signs Express - Portsmouth team has been genuinely fantastic. Brad and Sophy visited site twice, to ensure all measurements were accurate and they got a good understanding of what we needed done in the office. Due to the urgency, they managed to squeeze us into their busy schedules and Mel was on site within a week to fit our frosted glass. The fittings have gone down an absolute treat and were exactly what we needed! Really couldn't recommend them enough.

We will be using them for all signs, honor boards and future office changes moving forward. Support local & fantastic quality work. Thank you to the team!!

Five stars are not enough for the outstanding service we have received. Michael Tame in Peterborough was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous and he and the 2 anti glare film fitters were a pleasure to work with.
The office looks great and we are now protected from the glare of the sun through the windows.
The company were extremely flexible and their prices were really competitive. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

Exceptional customer service from Charlotte at Signs Express Basildon. I came across her page on LinkedIn and enquired about some new signage for our business, she proceeded to direct me to all their social media sites and show me what different types of signs would work best for us. She was informative and detailed from the initial message, answering any questions I had and couldn’t have been more helpful. From start to finish - the service was great.
Working with the team to create our images before the sign was made was smooth and professional.
Unfortunately we had issues delaying the installation of our sign however, this was no trouble for the team here and our issues were dealt with and therefore reduced our concerns with the delay.
I am more than happy, i was over the moon with the end result and would happily recommend to others.

We have used the Leeds branch on several occasions over the years for office signage of differing types, and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. They are always very responsive and provide expert and helpful advice if we're not sure what we want. From design through to installation, we cannot fault them. Great service from start to finish. Arranged to visit us really quickly and gave us plenty of options. The end result is excellent. Really pleased with our sign and roller shutter decals.

I have spoken to Belfast Signs and asked to send email with details of what I required logo etc . No reply or email after a week . E mailed again to ask about job . No reply. Phoned and was told they had been very busy and would deal with request asap . Nothing yet ! All I need is yes/no - can they do the job?

As a primary school in a small community we have always endeavoured to source supplies and goods from well respected and innovative companies. When we initially needed banners for our open day, we were immediately recommended Signs Express in Preston. Lead designer Eddy was incredibly helpful…and patient with our requests and had the order ready in record time! He even came to our rescue when we needed to edit the banner, as a result of our own error (thank you Eddy!)

Shortly after, we decided to progress with other marketing projects going to Signs Express without hesitation as a result of the amazing service we received.

Given just our name and address, the team designed external signs which perfectly reflected our values as a school and were exactly everything we would have wanted! They were installed with no disruption during a busy school collection time and existing signage removed. We have since been inundated with compliments and positive feedback from both our families and members of the local community.

When we then needed children’s imaginative designs brought to life in bespoke bookmarks, it was Matt Rutlidge who supported our school to recreate the sketches. They were bright, bold and genuinely made the pupil’s day.

We cannot recommend Signs Express more, specifically the team at Preston. Thank you for everything - we look forward to working with you again soon!

Gloucester store - The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Literally called just to ask if they could help with some vinyl writing for my wedding and was spoken to so rudely by the manager (refused to give me his name). He expressed he was confused so I said it’s vinyl decal I’m after, he abruptly interrupted me and said “I have been doing this job over 20 years and know what vinyl decal is and it won’t work” I tried to explain that this is what’s used for wooden pallets at weddings very commonly and that I know it will work but I simply needed to know if it’s something they do. He told me to come down and we can have a chat about it and to bring the pallet, I told him I don’t have the pallet with me right now as I had just left work and he sighed and tutted at me. I then said actually your being really rude I will be leaving a review and going elsewhere and he said “yeah get on with your review and go somewhere else” and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I am beyond shocked that he is the manager. 100% will not be recommending this company to anyone and I suggest anyone stays clear of the Gloucester store.
