SIGNsations was quick to respond to any questions or requests and extremely professional throughout the process.

Signsations did an excellent job. They were accommodating when I needed this job fast. Website easy to get around.
One thing I would suggest is to get an email acknowledgment when the order is first requested. So we know the requested order was received.

The Signsations team was wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful in getting me the signs I needed for our new faculty members.

Emails can go a long time without a response. Sent an email on May 6th requesting a single name plate, sent a follow up email on June 11th, still no response! It got to be so bad I actually sent an email asking if they were still in business!! Getting a live person on the phone is next to impossible!

Was very please with the whole process & extremely please with the bronze plaque. From the ordering process to the delivery of the plaque was an A +. Thank You & will definitely recommend you guys ever chance I get.

(Updated 9/2 - we're receiving a refund on our purchase, but no explanation. I guess they read the review.)

When we finally got someone from Signsations to give us a bid, they tried billing us before we agreed to the proof. Then when we finally agreed to place the order on June 4th, we were advised of a 7-10 lead time. Our credit card was charged immediately and we were advised we'd receive tracking information when the order shipped. We emailed asking about our order status in late June and mid July, no response. Early August we called and advised them if we didn't hear anything within 24-48 hours they were to refund our money. They emailed on 8/3/20 and promised that the order was going out on 8/5/20 and we'd get tracking information. They emailed again 8/6/20 and said they'd send a tracking number when the pick-up was made. It's the 17th of August, still no tracking number and no response. We left another voicemail today and asked for a response within 24 hours or we want our money back. At this point, I just want a refund as I doubt we'll ever see our signs and even if we do, I'm not sure they're going to be worth the wait. We understand about COVID delays, but this is beyond ridiculous.

I've ordered office signs several times from this company. Their work is of the highest quality, and performance is always timely.
