The creation of the sign was simple for the most part. Pretty straight forward. Customer service was very accommodating. I made a mistake on my design and they were able to fix it without me having to redesign it.

From start to finish these guys know what they’re doin!! Highly recommend but be sure to give them the correct color file for base color on fabric banners. It ended up working fine for me but not what I was expecting originally.
