We paid a significant amount of money for training and ongoing support, and in our experience, neither was delivered as promised.
Communication has been extremely poor. Emails go unanswered, there are no meaningful updates in the portal, and we have not been kept informed of changes or timelines. Our business details listed on their website have been incorrect and have not been updated despite repeated requests.
We were also told leads would be provided, however no leads have ever been supplied.
The systems themselves have taken many months to arrive, if at all. We are aware of others who have been waiting 10 months or more, which makes it impossible to plan or run a business.
Based on our experience, the business did not appear to have the systems, infrastructure, or support processes in place to scale at the level they were selling. As clients, we felt unsupported and dismissed once payment had been made.
When transparency was requested and reasonable questions were asked, access to Facebook and WhatsApp support groups was removed rather than concerns being addressed.
There is effectively no ongoing support, and we encourage anyone considering this training to speak directly with former trainees who are no longer associated with the brand to understand their experiences.
We would not recommend this company. If you are looking to invest in training, we suggest choosing an established provider with proven systems, clear communication, and consistent post‑training support.
