The Sigma Oakham store is always brilliant and great to visit
Staff are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly

Purchased a Specialised Crea 2 Expert e-bike from Sigma. Good end of year price. Was served by Kane who was very professional and offered a fitting test to see which frame was the correct size for me. The bike was set up well and the staff clarified a number of points about the bike including letting me have an extra thru axle lever to remove the wheels out on the road. All in all very good service from the Oakham Sigma store.

Great option to reserve the items into my local store in this case two different Garmin watches, so I could look at them and try them both before purchasing one. Really helpful advice when I phoned. Friendly sales assistant in store when I purchased.

Ian was extremely helpful and his advice/guidance resulted in the perfectly fitting wetsuit. There is no doubt I'd have got the sizing all wrong if I'd just trusted the sizing guides from the manufacturer.

Kane was very helpful and he made the bike pickup arrangements easy. The handover was thorough and I felt that all relevant points were covered, even setting the saddle position, fitting the pedals that were purchased and helping to get the bike into my car. I recently purchased a Specialized Tarmac from the Oakham store and received exceptional service throughout.

The purchase involved 3 visits to the store, which is a two hour drive from my home. An initial visit to chose the model and provisional frame size, then a full bike fit and finally to collect my new bike.

At each stage, and throughout, I received nothing but a fully professional, friendly and helpful service from Ian (sales), Andrew (bike fitter) and Ben (mechanic).

They all made this purchase a very enjoyable experience and made me feel a valued customer. Well done and thankyou.

Went in to get some tubeless tyres came out with some good advice and written quote. Subsequently booked and dropped my bike off. They kept me updated with workshop progress and I was generally very happy with service.

Sigma were 4 stars, but the free postage is with Royal Mail, so delivery was a joke.

The store itself is a great environment; nicely laid-out, well-stocked, clean and tidy, good bike fitting facilities, with a decent number of parking spaces out front. The chap who helped me, Kane, was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, and took the time to give me the advice that I needed. I couldn't fault the experience.
