The team at Sigma Sports are so helpful and made the buying experience so easy. I wanted to try multiple tri suits before buying and they helped me order into store and try on before deciding, as well as offering their knowledge on each of the products. Service and time from ordering to delivery in store was also so quick!

Caroline one of the staff at Letchworth Sigma Sports went well above and beyond to help me find the best shoe size and bike shoes for me. She didn’t rush and took the patient and time needed to find me the best fit. I appreciate and definitely going back there.

A member of staff ensured that I was served quickly my another member of staff. She had to traverse the building to do this.
I was buying shoes. The guy I was served by clearly understood the shoes, my sizing - he measured my feet - and guided with that information presented a set of shoes for me to chose from.

Really helpful sales adviser who gave excellent service. Robin set up the jig to several geometries and checked everything to ensure I ordered the right bike. He was patient and I wasn't in anyway rushed. Everything was really smooth. I collected the bike as planned and it is great. After sales care was included.

Over two visits, Ralph was brilliant at listening to my needs and requirements, gave me loads of time, never rushed me, gave lots of ideas and options, and once we narrowed down on a bike, helped me get the fitting spot on. One ride in and The Trek Domane SL 6 105 Di2 Gen 4 Road Bike has been a dream. Smooth, slick, comfortable and rapid. There was an attractive summer discount on at the time combined by putting it through the cycle to work scheme has meant getting great value for money.

I bought a new gravel bike from Sigma Sports in Letchworth. Ralph was incredibly helpful and patient whilst I tried out lots of different options and equally great when I went back to pick my new bike up. Would highly recommend the bike sale consultation service in store.
