Took my electric Trek 5 bike which had a puncture at 1630 on a Friday to Eban and team and they repaired it on the spot for an excellent service. Thank you. We watched the repair and received all sorts of educational advice on future care. BRILLIANT!

Sigma Sports in Letchworth were fantastic - from the moment I walked in to the store they helped me choose the right type of bike for my needs, told me why it was the best choice, and were able to find one on sale. They were extremely helpful both in store and over the phone and email. I dealt with Carolyn mainly who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful taking great care with every last detail for the bike and accessories. The rest of the staff I spoke to were great too! Highly recommend this shop and Carolyn!

Overall the customer service is good and relaxed unfortunately the items in their are way overpriced! Your definitely paying for the name not the quality!! I paid £113 for a named bib shorts and my god they are terrible! Worse than cheap amazon ones! Would I recommend? No! I'd look elsewhere for cheaper and better quality shorts.

Superb service

Every time, whether by phone, e or in person a first class service and standards from everyone.
Dropped off my crashed bike on Monday for booked repair on Thursday. No chasing Sigma, but still my bike was fully restored Wednesday noon. Thank you.
