Really happy with my new kitchen/diner
Really happy with my new kitchen/diner. The designer, Negar, listened, was patient, worked with my budget and cleverly designed a lovely kitchen in accordance with my likes and needs. The installers were experienced, helpful and skilled, finishing to a high standard and quality. Once the plans were in place the work went ahead requiring minimal input from me. Overall a lovely, high quality, hassle free new kitchen diner that suits me.

Excellent communication from Barbora and inspirational design. Her advice was clear and timely. Any potential hitches were identified and resolved. Barbora established what my dreams were for a new kitchen, she got everything in and within budget. She was supported by an excellent team, all were knowledgable and enthusiastic. We are extremely pleased with our sigma…
We are extremely pleased with our sigma 3 kitchen. During the design process Negar welcomed us to the showroom and listened to what we wanted for our space. Her design was beautiful and the end result looks exactly like the images produced in the showroom. Our kitchen has gone from a dark room to a bright room which feels so much more spacious. We have so much more cupboard and storage space and a beautiful peninsula to sit and enjoy the room. The quartz worktop and splashback is of a very high standard, it looks absolutely stunning in the room and complements the beautiful cupboards. Throughout the process, Louise, the installation manager was easy to contact with any queries and most helpful. The only negative is that the timeframe in installing the kitchen wasn’t adhered to and it did take longer than anticipated but we got there in the end!

Long time relationship resulting in excellent kitchen!
I worked with Sigma 3 for over 3 years as the economy gave our build project a bumpy ride. They were brilliant! From the designer who spent many hours with me to the nitty gritty paperwork guy and finally to the lovely installer. All made the project feel easy when it's quite complex. I felt in very safe hands and could not be more pleased with the end result.

Amazing quality and customer service

A new kitchen is an expensive purchase, it's the heart of the house so you want your money and your wishes to be spent wisely. The customer service from start to finish was superb. Our designer listened to what we wanted, gave helpful advice and delivered a beautiful kitchen. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Superb service from design to installation…
We popped into the Swansea showroom on a whim, having looked at many other suppliers. We had an exceptionally warm welcome from Morgan on both our initial visit and subsequent ones. He was great to work with during the design phase. Was prepared to listen but also to encourage us to be bold. His design was exceptional. He supported us with site visits as our building work took place, as did Tony, our installation manager who continued the excellent service.Throughout communication was excellent, including delivery. John Paul, our fitter continued with the positive engagement. Minor issues were promptly resolved and the result us a truly bold and unique kitchen that has a real wow factor. We have worked with Beth, the Swansea branch manager many years ago and she continues to deliver a really exceptional customer service both herself and though her team. Thank you all - it's fabulous!!

Reception at Sigma 3 showroom very friendly. Planning of new wardrobes and advice on materials were extremely good. Delivery of wardrobe packages was on time and installation excellent. We are very pleased with our new bedroom wardrobes.

Sigma 3 - a great non pushy company
Sigma 3 were a great company to deal with. I first went into the showroom with ideas, but no appointment. That was fine. I and my friend found the staff really accommodating, and started chatting to Morgan, who was easy to talk to. Over the next 3/4 visits I nailed down my likes and Morgan made each visit fun. He even helped get my wheelchair from my car! Great installation too by Dean.
I love the difference and ease of use in my new kitchen. I was never rushed, and each minute detail was carefully discussed.

The showroom was welcoming, Jose did a fantastic job of listening to what we wanted and turning our ideas into a lovely design. He took the time to go through everything in detail, re-checking everything was exactly how we wanted it. Matthew and Chris were great with the installation too.

Exceptional quality throughout
Five star quality from the moment we stepped through the doors at Sigma 3 (we actually arrived early for our appointment, but was invited in for a pot of tea - a great first impression).
We had our initial design discussion with Tabitha, who was great throughout, talking through the options, and showing us how it would look in the showroom, so you could touch and feel the quality.
Fab designs, working the space. With adjustments made with no fuss post doing the check measure.
Clear communication on delivery slots, and packaging was clearly labelled and robust.
There were a couple of missing items, but a quick call to Craig, the installation manager, and they were with us in no time.
Delighted with the final finish. Fab quality, and really accurate measurements. Overall, great value for what we've got.

Aftersales for consumer poor
Had a sigma kitchen fitted a number of years ago, looking for a replacement plinth. There was no response from the 'contact us' page, and then I contacted 4 times over 10 days, finally spoke to customer services who couldn't really help me. This is a trade to trade business so if you want after sales that you can liaise with go elsewhere. Disappointing

Sigma is by far the best kitchen…
Sigma is by far the best kitchen company we have dealt with. Our contact was Rasa who listened to what our 'wish list' was and our budget and our must haves. She was warm and attentive to all the details. Vijay was excellent to with communication and support.
We unfortunately had to post the kitchen plans whilst we did building work on another part of the house but will be back once we can proceed with the plans for the kitchen.

From our very first visit to the showroom right up to the new kitchen being fitted all of the staff we worked with were friendly,helpful and professional.
