The whole Sigma 3 team, from Joe helping us with the design to Ed and Louise keeping us informed right through the process and everyone involved with the fitting, particularly Kevin and Greg. Our experience with Sigma 3 was 1st class
Our experience with Sigma 3 was excellent from start to finish. Ryan and Louise from the Culverhouse Cross branch kept in touch right through from start to finish.
Ryan’s design was exactly what we wanted and included all new appliances. Time schedules were supplied for removal of old and delivery of the new Kichen, including associated works before the start date,which was really helpful.
The kitchen was well fitted by Morgan and exactly as per the design. We’ve had lots of comments about how well it’s been finished.

I absolutely love my new kitchen
I absolutely love my new kitchen! Tom my kitchen designer, in the Swansea showroom, really listened to what I wanted and how I use my kitchen. The design is totally me and exactly what I wanted. The fitters were brilliant. They also arranged for extra work to decorate, do the flooring and revamp electrics. They put in so much effort and graft to get it all sorted (SJM carpentry and DC-10 electrical services) to the timetable. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic, choice of colours and styles were great, meaning I could get exactly what I wanted. I love my full size pantry cupboard and the extra features in the draws that make storage of all my kitchen equipment so easy. From the start to finish I feel that sigma 3 really listened to me and made every effort to sure my dream could be realised within the budget I had. They gave me good advice throughout. So thanks to Tom, Jason, Simon, Simon and Jamie for making my kitchen dream a reality. I would absolutely recommend them all.

Superb designer!
The standard of service was excellent across all services, starting with contact in store and booking with our designer. This process was all about us every step of the way. We don’t have the biggest of rooms, so the use of space was essential. This included the kitchen, dining area and audio/visual area in living room. The designer offerred solutions we would not have thought of.
The only suggestions I can make to Sigma3 and customers is to pay more attention to caring for your surfaces and products. This has taken us a little time get to the best solutions.

We love our new kitchen!
We had an excellent experience with Sigma 3 kitchens and absolutely love the finished product! The design process was super easy and Melina was excellent at giving advice as we aren't the most creative! The installation process was very quick and done to a really high quality. We loved everything so much we have asked Melina to design a bar cabinet area for us, which we already love and she knew exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Just wonderful
The Swansea Sigma 3 team have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish, far exceeding anything I could have hoped for. I made several visits to the showroom, and every single member of staff went above and beyond to help me!
My installation manager, Tony, made the whole process seamless and completely stress free, whilst Dean, my kitchen fitter, tackled every challenge with incredible skill and kept the quality of the fit second to none

Love our fitted wardrobes
We recently had fitted wardrobes installed via the Swansea branch. From start to finish everything was excellent. Eleanor was knowledgeable and helpful and had some great suggestions. The job was surveyed beforehand by Jason who was very thorough and explained the process. Finally a special shout out to Simon who installed the wardrobes and did a fantastic job he is a real craftsman.

Delighted with My Kitchen
I just wish to thank the whole Sigma 3 team for the amazing experience I received from The Start with Negars design of my kitchen Her knowledge enabling me to make my decisions I was kept up to date at all stages with Edward and Louise’s assistance. The Kitchen Fitters Kevin and Greg did a wonderful job alongside Andy the Electrician Everyone was so professional. Excellent kitchen
I chose Sigma 3 kitchens because two friends had each had kitchens fitted by them a few years ago and were full of praise .
Dave and James at the Newport showroom were very helpful from the very first contact and made the design and survey process painless.
Once the work started,every stage was carried out according to the schedule and each of the various teams who undertook the work were diligent,professional,friendly and helpful-as had been promised when the schedule was drawn up.Liaison between them,myself and James ensured a smooth operation.
I am delighted with the finished kitchen and many friends have commented very favourably on its quality and appearance .

We had our wardrobes and kitchen island fitted by Sima 3 Kitchens and couldn’t be happier! Jose, and the Penylan showroom were fantastic! Brought lots and lots of ideas, when we were still in the construction period, very patient going through optioneering, made a number of site visits. Finally, the kitchen looks great, and very happy with the quality of the final product.

Stress free professional solution.
Delighted that our new kitchen has turned out exactly as Melina predicted and designed. It has been a completely stress free experience from the very initial drop into the showroom up to the final tweak when I requested a slight addition. We love the quality of the products. Richard, the fitter, was great to work with, reliable and tidy, all managed behind the scenes by Ralph. Everyone showed fantastic knowledge of the options available to us and could interpret what we wanted and guide us to the best solution. Highly recommend.

This company does everything right
This company does everything right. The kitchens are of good quality, the sales staff put the customer's interests and budget first, the kitchen is delivered with all precautions to protect your property, the kitchen fitters work according to schedule, and their work is of a very high standard.
