Terrible shipping practices.

2-3 days delivery should not be advertised. They in no way will have your order to you in that time frame. Paying an additional $10 for shipping is not what UPS would charge for 7-day delivery which is the time it took to receive my order. My order was just a sight mounting plate for a P322. This could have made it to me faster by regular mail. I did reach out to "The Sig Guy" and I was dismissed by a rude email. I will never order from this company again and I suggest anyone looking to place an order be very mindful that if you need your parts in a certain time frame, order from sig direct. They have my parts at my door in no more than 5 days with no additional shipping charges. Shipping for this company is a true problem.

To add to this, I requested return information. There is a 20% restock fee and you do not get your money back. It is only store credit. I guess I'm stuck with a plate that cost $40.00 + $10.00 shipping. What a scam artist.

Your order was received on the 7th at 7:57 PM and was processed and packaged by 8:09 PM—within 12 minutes of receipt. The package was in the possession of USPS the following morning. While we ensure rapid internal processing, we have no control over carrier transit times once a package leaves our facility.

To assist our customers with realistic expectations, we provide the following notices on our website:

Sideways

Placed order, received confirmation and advised notified when shipped.

Then it went sideways, I received a gmail pretty much demanding that I photograph my credit card specifically in my hand, image showed showing the security code. I immediately assumed it was a phishing email from somewhere around the globe.

Nope, it was the store owner. He ridiculed me for thinking a hacker could do anything with this? Wow?
This is the definition of phishing. Also, cancelled the order and advised my money would not be refunded.

I looked into it a little bit and of course it is illegal for a merchant to do this.

The site is on Shopify. Has numerous complaints about defective products and no support. Wish I would have read this. Much simpler just to order straight from Sig and won't void your warranty. Glad I didn't put suspect parts into what I have.

For those not sure, look up credit card handling and see if they allow unauthorized, unsafe transfer of credit card data like this.

Sig Guy is disreputable, demands hacker like action for completion of an order which is not only scummy, but very illegal. For all of the ones that have done this and had credit card fraud, your companies will be interested in tracing it back to this.

As example, you could spoof his email, and capture those credit cards if you were a thief. You don't even have to know how to hack to get this guy's customer's cards!

I will continue to buy from him.

He says he will "ship" within an amount of time but doesnt promise arrival at your house that fast. I've experienced as quick as 3 and as long as 6 days when weekend was involved. I've always received correct item but his inventory of various parts, especially small, easy to lose parts, is better than Sigs in many cases. He's not Midway USA with 100 employees so some consideration should be given to that fact. I promise his extremely well made videos have saved me hundreds of $ of gunsmith fees and they are FREE. Take some of these things into account. I'm in Texas, not kin to him, no reason to lie. I'll continue to buy and use what I need for Sigs from him.

Late or Never Delivery

Subject: Urgent: Non-Delivery of Paid Order and Misleading "2-Day Delivery" Claim

I am writing regarding an order I placed on 6/16/2025, for which I paid an additional fee for “2-day delivery.” As of today, it has been one full week and I have not received the order.

In addition, the tracking number provided on the website is non-functional, making it impossible to monitor the shipment’s status.

I contacted your support team via email and received what appeared to be a canned response suggesting that had I read your website more thoroughly, I would have known that deliveries are “often late, if at all.” If this is in fact their policy, it is highly misleading to advertise and charge for expedited 2-day shipping.

This guys schtick is simple

This guys schtick is simple. You order something, he ships it with a label that'll disintegrate or sloppy handwriting that USPS can't read. He'll give you the tracking number. Tracking will show it's undeliverable and send it back to him. Then he'll block your phone number and email address when you ask for a refund. Do your research, he's known for this. Garbage human.

Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a Warrior Combat pistol grip from Sig Guy for my P365 X. I tried to call them but could not talk with anyone. I used their online guide and apparently got the wrong one. When it came I fit the gun fine, but it was the wrong size for my magazine. I did put it on the gun before I realized that the magazine would not fit. I tried to message them 2x. Both times they sent a standard reply saying that there would be no return if I installed it on the gun. I called Warrior Combat and they were great and willing to exchange for the correct grip. I sent an email to Sig Guy by replying to the last auto response stating that I would review their customer service. That got me the following response from them: And thank you very much for discussing this with me first before you did anything else. The statement you received is a blanket statement for those that want to return used products which had gotten out of control in the past as we are not a try before you buy company. That doesn't mean that we could have made an exception or worked with you to resolve the issue. Its good to know though that you prefer to smear a company that busts its ass 7 days a week 365 days a year to quickly get customers the products they order. Also a company that's core purpose is to save customers money by offering over 50 different companies products in one easy shipment. A company that goes pout of its way to provide SIG enthusiasts with the knowledge to make upgrades and repairs themselves as well as the tools necessary to complete the task. Thank you very much for ordering the incorrect grip for YOUR pistol, installing it and then realizing its the wrong grip. SURE I s should be the one to lose that money because now I can not resell that grip and get my money back. Make sure when you write your review online mention the facts. Don't purposely leave out the part where you screwed up. Have a great day sir."

This is maybe the 3rd bad review I have ever left for any company online. Not my thing, but think peopel should be aware.

Great customer service

Ordered an accucraft sight pusher and was accidentally shipped another brand. Sigguy caught the error and not only shipped me the accucraft but told me to keep the other pusher as well. Quality customer service, I will order from him again
